Great Experience @ Sengkang Grand Mall. Food is good and nice! Mulan is extremely friendly and hospitable despite being busy with dine in, takeaway and delivery orders. Highly recommended. She even assist another guest with their child seat.

My friend introduced me to this place. I ordered the chicken burger (student price) and honestly couldn't believe the portion for the price. A big piece if chicken and a sweet sauce. I really did not expect how large filling the burger was. (I still crushed it tho) Anyways the overall vibe and atmosphere reminds me of a restaurant in Korea.

The food was delicious, crispy, and packed with flavor, but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service from Mulan. From the moment we arrived, Mulan was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. She patiently guided us through the menu, answered all our questions, and took the time to understand our preferences before recommending the best chicken flavors. Her recommendations were spot on and ended up being some of the best dishes we tried! It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Mulan's professionalism, patience, and positive attitude elevated our entire dining experience. Great food, excellent atmosphere, and exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Korean fried chicken and top-notch hospitality. Thank you, Mulan, for making our meal so enjoyable!

Served piping hot which I like, Chicken was very tender and thin batter. I dislike those with thick batter and oily - those are wasted calories but this is comfort food as we need a quick meal. Service can be more friendly.

First visit during weekday lunch around 1pm. The staff at the counter is polite and friendly making it a pleasant experience. Ordered the K-Boneless Chicken combo with Soy and Honey Butter Sauce - the chicken is nice and tender however the honey sauce is a bit too strong for my liking. Also add on as side dish for the seaweed fries (nice and crunchy and for those who can’t take spice, note that there is some chilli power). Lastly, the Bulgogi beef kimbap is decent and goes well with the fried items. Not a bad place to eat and chill.
