The food tastes amazing and freshly made. The ambience is great too as they play kpop songs for the vibes. Mdm Ng was really nice too and helped with the utensils.

I ordered the tofu salad and it tastes so good! Very good portion with fresh vegetables. Tofu is fried to a nice crisp. I ordered the beef bulgogi burger for my son. It's quite spicy but he persevered becos it's too tasty. So point to note if you can't eat spicy food. The service staff is always friendly. We have ordered frequently from this outlet on Saturday afternoon and the lady at the counter is always full of smiles and patience. Their jinjia chicken wings and beef bulgogi gimbap are a constant staple for us. There's also a cleaning auntie who is so helpful. She will remind customers to take serviettes after taking their food.

The staff mdm ng is very welcoming. She works hard and keep the restaurant tidy. Food also quite nice just a bit hot while eating inside

Instructions unclear. Signage stating one thing, while staff says another. She told us off when my friend use her bag to reserve a seat prior to ordering. My friend merely "proceeded when there are available unmarked tables" as mentioned. She states that there's a queue infront hence we can't "ensure that you have an available table before purchasing your food" as per stated on signage. If your company staffs can't be briefed on protocols stated for the public then perhaps your HR department needs some training on filtering the correct people for the job. (The job of conveying company practices and traditions to ALL staffs from workplace to workplace.) Tried our best to not make a scene by conversing politely; we talked nicely and did not hurl a single word of vulgarity. However staff is insisting on her right way of doing things and did not even apologise based on courtesy. Lost my appetite after a few minutes of pointless arguments and eventually decided to settle somewhere else for dinner. Maybe this needs to go to CASE. (Did not wanted to mention the staff's name above as this is a public post and its her ricebowl. Most likely its the management's mistake for not training their employees well.)

Nice Korean style chicken, and I especially recommend their Parasite movie's noodle "Beef Ramdon". The Grandma working here is very kind and friendly, but it is unfortunate that the cashier women don't seem to be happy working here. Will be better if the cashier women could be more friendly Also, I thought it'd be good if they sell normal fried chicken too, instead of just soy sauce and yangnyeom (spicy)

Cosy place with lots of seats for individuals to eat alone. Fries were hot and super crispy, food is made fresh on the spot and not prepared beforehand. Staff is friendly and helpful too.

The service crews are all kind and awesome in taking orders and preparing the foods are fast especially Mdm Ng very friendly energetic 😄 for her golden aged and she do her work very fast and efficiently too love her friendly and caring for us the customers 😀 ❤ 😊 💙

mdm ng was accommodating. i came for lunch and the store was quite packed, but i just settled for a small two-seater table for me and my friend. mdm ng noticed that our table was quite cramp and cleared a bigger table for us, which was so sweet of her. food portions were generous, food quality consistent. thank you for making my lunch a pleasant one

We had a lot of fun and the chicken was delicious they even played K-pop songs on the television. My friend got the mozzarella sticks and they were very crispy and fresh.Mdm NG's service was very nice.

The service of the lady is very good and warm. She is very considerate and friendly too. The ambience is good and the food reminded me of my Korea trip which I had the chicken and jiajiang noodles is good too...close to the taste I had in Korea.

The food is as usual. Comfort food. But the staff is very friendly especially aunty shirley. She didn’t bat an eyelid when we accidentally spilled a drink instead proceeded to be very helpful and cleaned everything efficiently.

My boyfriend and I have been regulars here for quite a while, we always order the 12pcs chicken wings. However, today’s chicken wings were a huge disappointment, the size of the wing is extremely small and inconsistent as you can see in the picture. The store needs to have better quality control, because these small size wings are not worth the money at all.

Chicken salad $8.90 is served in a big bowl with generous serving of greens but i did not appreciate how it was doused heavily in sesame oil making the whole salad oily rather than fresh. Was expecting typical chicken breast but was surprised to see chunks of fried chicken wowww. Would be back to try other menu items 😋

Bought the student set meal $7.90 (with drinks and fries!) And the cashier staff is so helpful to answer any questions I have of the food, be it the quantity or the level of spiciness, she was so patient :) the place is uniquely decorated with the kpop music playing on the TV My student set meal consisted of chicken bap (sauce: *mixed* soy garlic and level 1 spicy), along with seaweed fries and soda. Overall worth it as it is very filling and both sauces are flavourful! (Level 1 chili sauce is quite spicy, for those who don't take spice) will most likely buy again next time 😆😋
