I was having dinner and couldn’t finish my bowl of ramen. I brought the food personally to the chef in the kitchen to let the chef pack my ramen. To my surprise, a Chinese lady staff who were mopping the floor came to touch my bowl of ramen. Her left thumb already touched the inner part of my bowl. I quickly told her to stop and not to touch my food..!!!! I told the chef to pack for me. I hope the management to please educate the staffs on personal hygiene. Especially on food.

This was at the 313 outlet. Kitchen staff was unable to get one order of [3116] Rich Chicken Paitan Special Deluxe Ramen right. Be mindful to check that order is correct. Missing items were eventually served, though separately. It’s okay I guess. But was looking forward to sharing a well plated lunch to share with my wife and is now more of a Ramen Deconstructed style. Constructively, serving staff could have checked the orders visually for any wrong or incomplete orders as a safety net for any over complacency by the kitchen staff.

Sapporo Miso Ramen is a nod to Hokkaido's culinary capital, this version balances savory red miso and sweet white miso. It's robust, earthy, and pairs brilliantly with their thick, wavy noodles.

This halal ramen restaurant is located at 313@somerset. It’s very helpful for Muslims who are exploring the Orchard area and looking for a place to eat. Yesterday, I ordered the original Ichikokudo ramen. The broth had a rich, flavorful taste, although it wasn’t as thick as toripaitan. I also tried the extra rich ramen—the broth was thicker than the original and had a more intense flavor. You can choose the level of saltiness when ordering. The noodles are thin and straight, cooked to just the right texture. I also ordered the chicken cutlet don. It consists of Japanese rice served with chicken katsu and egg, topped with boiled edamame and pickles. The taste is savory with a slightly sweet sauce. Overall, it’s delicious and suitable for kids.

Great place for chicken ramen. It’s easily one of the best chicken ramens I’ve had and genuinely exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, savory, and thick, I’d highly recommend it. The salmon sashimi, however, was a letdown. It tasted closer to smoked salmon rather than traditional sashimi, which was unexpected. Service could also be improved. It would have been appreciated if the staff proactively refilled our green tea instead of us having to request it each time.
