It's such a beautiful place, and how I wished we lived here. It's smacks of Private Condo living, and living next to a waterway with little to no obstructions around you, is a welcome treat:)

Nice cosy ambient for run and walk. Must try with a packet of kopi o gao. Nice viewing at the deck and a lot nature.

Quality of construction was very high and the area is peaceful. There is a coffeeshop and NTUC serving the residents. The only downside is that it is not near any MRT station.
