It's such a beautiful place, and how I wished we lived here. It's smacks of Private Condo living, and living next to a waterway with little to no obstructions around you, is a welcome treat:)

Nice cosy ambient for run and walk. Must try with a packet of kopi o gao. Nice viewing at the deck and a lot nature.

Quality of construction was very high and the area is peaceful. There is a coffeeshop and NTUC serving the residents. The only downside is that it is not near any MRT station.

Easily drink freshly squeezed orange juice anywhere, anytime and good price. Available here right beside the laundry shop and very near the bus stop

Hougang Capeview offers a picturesque view of Serangoon River. In the distance, a vehicle bridge spans across waters giving it a touch of urban charm. The PCN is adorned with lush greenery, providing a refreshing backdrop for a leisurely jog or a peaceful moment of relaxation. Lots of wild birds foraging around too in the shrubs.
