Unacceptable customer service. This cost $3.30 each. Ordered the food through food panda. Please serve responsibly. I don’t think you would like this kind of service to yourself too.

Cheese stick fail. When I got home 8min, the cheese is not melting and semi-hard. Why because the next store Pastamania also sell the same and taste 5/5, supreme melt-down cheese, even when I got home 10 to 15min delay Please try harder

Food was great and still warm. Kudos to the delivery guy who still managed to deliver on time even though it was raining heavily. He also waited after knocking on door to make sure i received the food. Delivery guys as such are so heaven sent!!! Thank you delivery guy!! Hope Texas Chicken will acknowledge this guy's commitment to his job😁(Pioneer Mall delivery order PNR6355 dated 30April23)

While the food was great (as always), I was quite disappointed in the service provided by the crew. I went to the cashier to make my order but I changed my mind and wanted to order something else. But I was taken aback when I was told that they couldn’t change the order. The cashier even directed me to the manager (I assumed) and he told me once the order is keyed in, no changes could be made. I stared at him for a few seconds, bewildered and confused. This was my first time being told such things. I too had experience working as an F&B cashier, dealing with the POS system and I know for a fact that we can void the items before payment is made. And yes, at that point, I have yet to make any payment. He suggested me to go to the self-ordering machine to make my order, which I did. The process was seamless and I could edit my orders before making my payment. But then, I was wondering how would they void my orders for the next customer who would order via the cashier? Hmm… Few minutes later, my food was ready but they decided to pack it when I chose to dine in. Small mistake so it’s ok. However, we weren’t given cups or ice. I looked around, other customers weren’t also given cups nor ice except for one couple. Did they run out of cups? Or ice? My first experience at the newly opened Texas at Pioneer Mall wasn’t the best but that doesn’t stop me from coming back as I love the fried chicken there. It’s really nice. Congrats on the new opening!

Nestled within level 2 of Pioneer Mall, Texas Chicken shares a space with Pastamania (reduced menu due to space/kitchen constraint perhaps). Texas Chicken seems to have a reputation for bad service or something. I don't know because either I dine in or takeaway personally, and I have never experienced that. It was International Fried Chicken Day and patrons were periodically adviced on what's available. (Eg. Spicy flavour needs to wait 6-10 mins, original flavour can get it asap) Mostly students and seniors were seen eating and queueing.

I have ordered 3pc tender spicy. It was plain I couldn’t feel the spice. Also it wasn’t crispy at all, seems like they just microwaved it and gave it.

Service very slow, food take some time to cook only one person is working. Hot milo disappointed…diluted and taste like plain water. You see the color you all understand…

1st time eating Texas chicken. Ordered online via Grab, but a wrap was missing from the delivery. The branch supervisor Ms Dance was apologetic over the phone as they were shorthanded on the weekend and we might have to wait a long time for the 2nd delivery. I decided to pick up the wrap myself and was surprised with Ms Dance's service recovery. Because of her sincere recovery efforts, I decided to check out the Texas app and I think will continue to patronise this outlet. Good job Ms Dance, please keep up your great service that won my 5 stars 🌟 👍

I order chk tex burgers box and a cheese fries with up size price $17.70 when I receive the chicken the staff here give me a breast meat I asked to change to other part of the meat ended I received the meat which is same size like the bun given. And the manager here still argue with me. She said I gave you breast meat just nice but you don't want. How can she talk like this? So your shop only have breast meat and this small part of meat? Excuse me your one meal cost ten over dollars and with this kind of attitude, suit to be manager? Totally no customer service at all
