Ice cream cone is good - not as creamy as McDonald's but much better than BK's. Subpar espresso coffee drink but at this price point it is not reasonable to ask for more. Chicken looks great on photo but sadly I am too full to try this time. Highlight is the auntie is super nice. Dining area is nicely setup as well.

Never really left a review for a fast-food place before, so here we go~ Haven’t had Texas Chicken in a long time!! Food came out quick as usual, and the chicken was still really good, tender and flavorful. Fries-wise, I personally prefer KFC’s hahahaha, but the butter biscuit here is definitely a win. One thing to note though, my friend tried the chicken rice and it was super salty, couldn’t even finish it. Also, the self-ordering machine was lagging a lot, which made ordering pretty difficult.

We waited about an hour for our food as at 12:10, and probably still. They appear understaff. The manager just kept working without advising more customers from ordering or display some long wait queue sign. No help is coming. Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Texas Chicken via Grab. My order was marked as delivered/completed, but I never received my food. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no contact information provided for the store to resolve this. When you have a missing order, you expect to be able to speak to someone, but this outlet seems to have no accountability. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and provide zero service or a way to follow up. I will not be ordering from this branch again until they improve their customer support and delivery reliability.
