I frequently patronise this outlet for its consistent performance in quality of food and service. Front counter staff are always so friendly even if they are busy, and payment is always seamless. Being on level 5 of century square, they are easy to miss, and therefore, not usually crowded. Give it a go for some hot and fresh fast food! I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I visited the Texas Chicken Century Square branch on 8/7/26 and was disappointed by the service from one of the staff members, a young lady wearing hijab. I understand that working in the F&B industry can be stressful, and everyone can have a bad day. However, I felt her attitude towards me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. What triggered me to write in was that machine order was original but what I gotten was hot and spicy. I’m not writing this review to ask for compensation or freebies. My intention is simply to bring this to the attention of the management so they are aware of the customer experience at this branch. I hope appropriate coaching or training can be provided to ensure other customers have a better experience in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.

First time visiting and ordering from a Texas Chicken restaurant, the place was quite empty on a weekday afternoon. The atmosphere was nice, it's a good place to enjoy a quiet meal. I ordered some food for takeaway from the self order kiosk which worked well. 👍 My meal was prepared swiftly and it was ready to be collected in a short time. The first item I ordered was the 3pcs tenders with Mexicana sauce ($4.9) which is only available on mondays. This was quite a good deal, the tenders tasted nice and they weren't too small in size. The Mexicana sauce was a little spicy but tasted very good with the tenders 🌶️👍 The second item I ordered was the 2pcs chicken with rice meal ($10.5). The chicken pieces were pretty big in size and had lots of meat.🍗 The rice portion was enough and tasted quite similar to a coffeeshop chicken rice. 🍚 Overall, I would say its a pretty good restaurant if you are craving for some delicious western fried chicken 🐔. Some items might be a little pricey but the food is worth the price. There are also some value meals available 👍✨
