Visited on Xmas Day at 5.30pm. A lot of dirty tables. When asked if someone was available to clean, was given tissues to wipe the tables with and simply told ‘We have a lot of orders’, no apology. Handwash area was also quite dirty. This is not a food court, this is a dedicated dining area for Texas Chicken and there should be enough staff to handle, should meet Changi Airport’s overall standards. Perhaps fewer staff on Xmas Day. Eventually someone came out to clear. The herb and garlic chicken was good.

This is a great place to take a break and enjoy a meal. They provide comfy chairs for dining in. The chicken was excellent, with a generous portion size. The biscuits were delightful, and the mashed potatoes were tasty. I tried the new menu item, Korean sweet and spicy sauce rice; while the sauce was on the sweeter side, I found the rice slightly undercooked.

The fried chicken is very fragrant, the skin is very crispy, and the portion is quite large. The most important thing is to be able to enjoy fried chicken while watching the plane.

Honey butter biscuits were fantastic. Nori yuzu chicken was tasteless. No seaweed at all. Just tastes like plain batter and slight sour taste. Wasn’t good at all…

Texas chicken is the best tasting chicken. it's a large, clean and pleasant dining area. the staff here is very nice especially considering it's staffed minimally. but the touch screen ordering system is very bad and desperately needs the attention of a UIX expert. one example is that you do not put black text on a royal blue background, this is uix 101. finally, the screen is completely washed out because all 3 screens face the wall of windows overlooking the runways. it seems that if anyone had given this just 30 seconds of thought they would turn them away from the sunlight. hopefully Texas Chicken can one day show the customer ordering experience the same attention they show their chicken and biscuits.

Ordered a meal and a bottled water and asked the staff for a cold water - considering a tropical country they should, however the staff said there is no cold water (i could not see any fridge for the bottled water, only bottles left in room temp). I asked for an ice instead but still unable to provide. What a bummer. Better close this kiosk if there is none.

My flight was at 9 pm but I reached the airport quite early, about 6.30 pm. Not many people at Texas Chicken at terminal 4. There are long tables with power points which is good if you want to eat and work at the same time. I ordered the new sambal flavored chicken. The chicken with the sambal sauce tastes great, but I dun feel it is spicy at all.

If Fawlty Towers did fast food 😂 The machine you use to order crashed. Another one wasn’t working at all. The food is not great and creamer for tea? Bizarre. Oh and I also had to clean our table as it was covered in sticky mess. Texas Chicken…. 😂😂😂

Near gate G13, such a nice place to wait for boarding. Next to restroom.There are couch also. The waitress is quick and nice. Food is delicious. Love the original fried chicken and biscuit.
