For the first time in a long time, a frequent El Jannah visitor, I usually eat at other stores but driving past on my home I thought I'd grab dinner. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and the staff smiling! It was an absolute joy from the get go. I couldn't decide what to get. The staff were so amazing and very knowledgeable to help me decide. They spoke to me like a human being, not a robot. The food was fantastic. Not over salted. just right. Quantity was great. Ambience was perfect. I will definitely be returning more frequently to Smithfield store.

Not the first time, but the chicken constantly seems to be overcooked. It is always burnt and extremely dry. The chicken never seems fresh. It is always ‘lukewarm’ at best. Please stop overcooking the chicken. Whoever is manning the charcoal, stop burning it and drying it out. It’s inedible. The creamy gravy is not creamy at all. It is very watery. It should be thicker, more gelatinous like how other El Jannah stores prepare their gravy. Do better.

Disgusting. Found visible hair on the chicken wing from El Jannah. This is basic hygiene and completely unacceptable. Photos attached. Never coming back

10/10 experience in the drive through. The chicken wrap meal was perfect. Juicy tasty chicken, had it for lunch and was so full I skipped dinner. Because it was Thursday I got two free tenders with my loyalty promo. Loved the experience.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered one and a half charcoal chicken, specifically all legs, while inside the shop. When I got home and opened the order, I found they had given me only one chicken, and it was all breast pieces instead of what I ordered. The order was wrong in both quantity and cuts, which was frustrating because I only discovered it after leaving. Staff need to pay more attention to customer orders and make sure they are correct before handing them over.
