Booked for a Saturday because it was my niece’s and my birthday, and we wanted to celebrate at Volcanoes. Although it was a busy day, the service was excellent staff attended to us well and were consistently available when we needed to order. The food remained very good, and I truly cannot get enough of those appetizers 🔥 THE BEST! The drink towers add a nice touch to the venue’s elegance. I wish the indoor tables were less crowded and more spaced out. The staff were outstanding! The timing was great, with dishes arriving on time or even early 👏🏽 would come again! Prices are beyond but aye it is what it is, for a good time with fam would do it again!

I visited Volcanoes at Wetherill Park today for the first time with a friend. The service was welcoming, friendly and attentive. I had the mint lemon lime crush which was so refreshing and delicious. The cheesy fries, bruschetta, and cheesy sticks were yummy and full of flavour. Even though it was busy, the dishes kept coming out on time and there were no long waits. Highly recommend 👌

I had a fantastic experience at Volcano Steakhouse, thanks to Lea! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her customer service was outstanding—she checked in regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and was happy to answer our questions with a smile. Lea’s professionalism and positive attitude really enhanced our dining experience. Thank you for the excellent service, Lea. We’ll definitely be back! 😊 A special shoutout to Jamir who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was professional, attentive, and always had a friendly smile. He made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and outstanding hospitality truly made the evening memorable. It's rare to come across service this genuine and attentive. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Volcano Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Volcano’s Steakhouse Wetherill Park. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Darlin, was friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, and it’s clear that customer service is a priority here. The food was just as impressive. Every dish we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. It’s not often that both the food and service are equally outstanding, but Volcano’s absolutely delivered on both. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it the perfect place for a date night. We left thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to Darlin and the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Had a great dining experience here. The food was enjoyable, but what really stood out was the service from Darlyn. Darlyn was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the meal. She checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and her positive attitude really made the experience more comfortable. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Definitely appreciate the effort — thank you, Darlyn!
