Very disappointing experience — rude staff and poor customer service I visited this restaurant with my family and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing, especially from one of the female staff members. When we arrived, she asked whether we were dining in or taking away. Obviously, as we had come with family and friends and were sitting down to eat, we were dining in. We ordered our food, and later decided to order more. She came back and asked the same question again about whether we were dining in or taking away. I ignored the attitude and simply placed another order. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the order was wrong. When I explained the mistake, instead of apologising and correcting the order, her response was essentially, “Next time, be more clear about what you want to order.” Seriously? I am paying for my food, and the restaurant brought the wrong order. The appropriate response should have been an apology and an effort to fix the mistake — not blaming the customer. What made it worse was being told that the food was now cold and that I should be clearer next time. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the way staff handle mistakes and speak to customers matters a lot. We came with family expecting a nice meal, but the rude attitude completely ruined the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The lamb mandi was absolutely delicious—tender, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The rice was fragrant and paired really well with the lamb. Overall, a fantastic meal and great value! A special mention to Sadia, who provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

We had a fantastic experience here. The food quality is reasonable, the variety on the menu is impressive, and everything is very reasonably priced. A major highlight for us was that they serve hand-slaughtered chicken. The restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to sit down and eat. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary chicken mandi, which was absolutely delicious! There is praying area as well This is definitely a great option to include in your dine-out list. Highly recommended!

Takeaway @ Jannat.Al.Mandi Platter for 1 - selection of chicken, lamb, and sheek kebabs, mandi rice, salad, curry, bread and dessert. Love the mandi rice which has great flavour. This is accompanied by delicious kebabs which are well flavoured and tender, particularly enjoyed the sheek kebab. The chicken kebab is nice and the lamb chop is great too. My favourite was the flavoursome chicken curry, plenty of flavour in the curry and tender chicken. A flat bread, simple salad, raitha, tomato chutney, a strained yoghurt, and a gulab jaman round out what is a generous array of items. Generous serve and can easily be shared. Goat biriyani - this was superb, the loose grained rice oozing flavour, spices, a bit of a chilli bite and chunks of tender goat which is delicious. Loved it.
