First time at this store and placed a big order for my team at lunch, the service was excellent. Thankyou to the girl that served me today, wish I knew your name to give you a direct compliment. This was outstanding service and wish it was my local store, unfortunately I live nowhere near this store. The food was really good too.

I am extremely disappointed with the takeaway meal I received. The food was burnt to the point of being inedible and should never have been served to a customer. I expect much higher standards of food quality and safety…

We were extremely happy with our takeaway catering order for 20 people . The food was fresh, delicious, and excellent quality! Joe, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised perfectly. Highly recommended!

It's a fast food place but the service from Jesse is 5star. My 86yo fussy eating mum loved the chicken and the famous garlic dip. The music is not too loud. The place is clean and inviting. Will return.

Asked four times over about 20 minutes if my order was ready. Each time the staff (three of them) just said “wait a minute.” The manager was standing around the whole time, and when customers asked him for help he just pointed to other staff instead of actually doing anything. Some leadership. After most of the frustrated customers had already left, I asked again and mentioned it was only a small order. That’s when they finally started looking for it. Turns out it had been sitting behind them in a corner the whole time. I checked the printed ticket on the food — the completion time was 20 minutes earlier. This place has always been slow with orders, but this was a whole new level. Feels like customers’ time just doesn’t matter here.
