Very disappointing experience with Domino’s Thomson outlet. I pre-ordered my food for delivery at 6:30 PM, but the order only arrived at around 8:00 PM, approximately 1.5 hours late. What made it worse was that, according to the Domino’s app, the outlet only started preparing my order at around 7:15 PM, which was already 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. During the delay, I tried calling the Thomson outlet multiple times to find out what was happening, but no one answered. There was no proper update or communication, so I was left waiting without knowing when the order would actually arrive. When the food finally arrived, the Coke that I had paid for was also missing. I have since noticed that there are other Google reviews mentioning similar issues with long delays and difficulty contacting this outlet. It is disappointing that these complaints appear to have been raised before, yet the same problems are still happening. If customers are given the option to pre-order for a specific delivery time, the outlet should at least make a reasonable effort to fulfil that timing or communicate when there is a serious delay. A 1.5-hour delay, an uncontactable outlet and a missing paid item made this a very poor experience. I have contacted Domino’s to request a full refund and appropriate compensation.

Pizza was delivered 1hour late. Deliver update had changed twice from 11.36am - 11.50am to 12.00-12.15pm and then subsequently marked as completed when it hadnt been delivered. When I called the shop, the manager didn't even bother to check which delivery order number it was and said that the delivery rider had left. Will never order again from this outlet.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not only they forgot to add our bottle of coke which we paid 4 dollars and 50 cents for, the pizza we ordered was absolutely unappealing and deformed. Moreover when we called dominos to ask for our coke they did not even bother to pick up. I strongly do not recommend this branch of dominos.

We ordered at 5 pm, supposed to arrive at 5:30. Called them at 5:45 to ask where the pizza was and they said wait 15 minutes. Called at 6 and we were told that the pizza was delivered. Where? They had delivered to the school across the road from us and left the pizza outside somewhere. We called again to ask that they send another order, they told us it'd be another hour. It's been 90 minutes and we are still waiting... Worst part is, this is a pizza we bought with vouchers that we got in compensation for the LAST order we got from them and they had dropped the pizza when it was being delivered!
