Came here for breakfast after check-up. From 8-11am they have this wrap with tomato, egg, and black beans with mayo and bbq sauce on their menu for $3.95. It's quite nice

Stop chit chatting during busy lunch time. Skipped my number. Check the screen mine was not ready. So I waited. Another 3min pass and I look up to see my number under ready to collect screen. so I went to ask how come my number was not called and which one was my order (4 takeaway order on table). Only to be reply with "u can see your number on table yourself". In the end I need to take each order up to see the receipt. Essentially digging into the plastic bag because the receipt are stuffed deep inside the plastic bag. Bad service and attitude by your Malay male employee (did not get his name so only can describe him this way)

The hygiene standards are quite concerning. I observed staff using the same gloves for multiple tasks—preparing food, handling other items, and performing general duties—without changing them. This is unhygienic and raises food safety concerns. I also understand the outlet is very busy, especially with the long list of orders. However, the staff did not respond to any enquiries at all, even when customers were trying to clarify their orders. This made the experience quite frustrating. I hope the management can look into improving both hygiene practices and customer communication to ensure a better and safer experience for everyone.

Efficient and friendly service. Appreciate the online/kiosk order as it is faster especially for staff. Great for takeaways! Wish for more staff discount! Thank you!

Food is delicious but portion.... not worth the price, its supposed to be a daily bowl but seems like a daily cup... ordered teriyaki brinjal and only had 2 tiny pieces in it....
