Food is good, staff give acceptable and reasonable portion. Affordable. 5 stars. Even though it’s a sister brand of stuffd, the price and quality is completely different. Stuffd gives very stingy portion and it’s getting more and more expensive. Please, I hope Dabba don’t move towards that direction.

I stated no veg and rice but they were still there. Sauce was added on the veg and rice which I dont eat!!! The meat and other ingredients which I actually do eat do not have sauce now and the egg mayo is non existent. Dug out all the veg and rice myself. Where is the egg mayo!???

I’m disappointed. I love Dabba Street but I found it disgusting. There are two strands of long hair in my bowl. I threw away the first strand I found but then found the second strand and this is utterly unacceptable. This shows that this outlet is having a bad hygiene! The utensil quality is the worst. The fork broken into half while I was mixing the vegs and the sauce. I swear I was gentle but yet it broke and split into few tiny shards.. this happened to me second time. Dabba Street @ Jurong Point can you please improve your hygiene and quality of the utensils?? I love the food but these hit my limit already!

Food is great, but staff service is very poor. I ordered my food at this outlet on 25 Feb. I have waited for 20 mins+ for my food at around 5pm. When I want to order my food, both kiosks were closed, which is very ridiculous. To shut both kiosks without letting your customers to order. I have no choice but to scan the QR code and order. After ordering, I waited 20mins for my food. The indian lady staff was taking her sweet time packing the orders. Many people were like me waiting. After 10mins of waiting, she then open 1 of the kiosks for new customers to order. From customer point of view, this is totally unacceptable. Especially, some customers are not tech savvy on using QR code to order. She is just stopping / slowing down the number of orders at her own convenience... Edit: one star now! Missing my add on fried tofu when im back home. You expect your customers to check by opening up their bowl and see any missing item??! No longer going to trust and buy from this outlet anymore. Scam!!

Ordered a grilled chicken Dabba bowl and there’s no grilled chicken in my order. outrageous!! Edit: After reading the reviews, it seems like plenty others had items missing from their order and it seems like a staffing issue. Until the proper training is done, I will not be patronising this outlet. This is so disappointing. Edit: Details are on the receipt shown in the photo. You can investigate from there with the reference
