Very dissapointing recent order. I have ordered from Dabba Street multiple times before and across different outlets, always found the food tasty, with good portions and pleasant experiences. But that seems to have change. When I arrived to collect my online order, a staff member named Liah attended to me in very unwelcoming manner. She asked for my order number , and after I showed my order number, she did not hand over the food properly and instead threw it in a rude manner. This action even stunned the other staff member which he promptly apologised.I appreciate the apology but in no way excuses the behavior shown here. It honestly sours the mood considering this is my first interaction of the day. The food portion was also significantly smaller than what I had received in previous orders, which was disappointing as I expected the portions to be consistent. This made me wonder whether the portion size is standardised, or if it depends on the staff’s mood when serving the order.

The food is good and something new to try if you haven’t! Every mouth was flavourful, recommend butter or tandoori chicken. I was ordering through mobile order at night, but they ran out of chicken and the online order did not reject. Liah, gave me a receipt to claim my food the next day. She was all smiles and helped to expedite my order along with a complimentary side dish for the mistake the night before!
