I recently visited the café at Marina and would like to commend Sabreena for her outstanding service. I ordered the gimbap set and an iced latte to go. They had run out of cup holders, but instead of simply apologising, Sabreena went the extra mile by creatively making one for me using a bag and tape. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made it much easier for me to carry my drink, and I truly appreciated her effort. On top of that, Sabreena was warm, friendly, and cheerful throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really made my day and turned my visit to PB Marina into a wonderful experience. Thank you, Sabreena, for your excellent customer service. It’s employees like you who make customers want to come back!

I am very disappointed with my experience today. I used the "It's My Birthday" free cake redemption with a minimum $10 spend. However, after reaching home, I realized that the birthday cake was not included in our takeaway bag. This was extremely disappointing, especially as it was meant to celebrate my birthday. In addition, I was informed that the birthday cake redemption could not be used together with the "Buy 5 Get 1 Free" promotion. However, during my wife's birthday month, we successfully redeemed the same birthday reward together with the promotion at your Bugis Junction outlet. As both outlets belong to the same company, I am confused as to why different outlets are applying different policies. The missing cake and inconsistent information have made this one of the worst birthday experiences I have had. I hope you can investigate this matter, clarify the policy, and provide a suitable resolution. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Ordered 3 cakes here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They were all very pretty and tasted quite good as well. Service was good, they provided a candle with match sticks. Seats were in the open area so bright and airy.

Ordered Hot Skinny Cappuccino, Cheese Tart, and Matcha Royal Pudding. Coffee was good, but not hot enough, although I requested for extra hot and the staff acknowledged it but when it served, it was lukewarm only. Matcha Royal Pudding was good, quite strong matcha flavour. Cheese Tart was okay too. Service can be improved in terms of customer’s custom request to the order. Cafe ambience is good and comfy. Next visit: Ordered Iced Cappuccino, it was good and smooth. Well balanced between the coffee and the milk.
