Saw the pineapple rice in the picture outside the restaurant, was very nice. However it came completely different and taste poor. The cucumber in the rice is not eatable, with disgusting fishy smell…. Ordered several other things, not up to standard.

Trying out The Central Thai at Changi (the glass noodle salad with seafood and asparagus mushroom). Surprising the amount of seafood was very generous and it taste really good. I could finish it by myself and the asparagus were very scrumptious and thick.. could easily fill your stomach !! The staff Mr Afiq and Qayyum very friendly and helpful.. would love to visit again and keep up the good work

We went to T3 outlet and the food was superb. All the staff were friendly. One of the staff, Sam, really can recommend a good food to you. We ordered based on his recommendation. We love it. The appetiser, main, dessert, and drinks all good. Keep it up.

Service was alright, but the restaurant wasn’t very clean. We definitely appreciate the staff who were very accommodating and well mannered in general. Food is definitely not Thai style, don’t expect authentic Thai food here. Very overpriced, portions were unpredictable. Their pineapple fried rice was small, barely enough to feed one, while the glass noodles with prawn was big enough for 2. Food weren’t great overall, and horribly expensive. We paid ~$180 for 6 adults

Excellent food and wonderful service! We ordered 5 regular sized dishes: Vegetarian Pad Thai, Thai Basil Chicken, Fried Rice with Prawn and Hotplate Tofu with Eggplant and Thai Mango Salad. Portion sizes were huge so I recommend to not order multiple dishes at one go. Unlimited Lukewarm and Cold water is offered which is great! Also a special shout out to the team for preparing our food fast as we had a flight to catch

Fantastic food and great staff to serve, what else better would you expect from any restaurant. This is a halal Thai food used to be located at East Coast park but closed down during covid period. Finally happy to find them located at Changi T3 public area. Take escalator next to departure around checkin rows 3 &4 and you will spot them right opposite to the Collins. Staff was super efficient and managed well during peak hours. But be careful while making cashless payment as the cashier missed to see the screen at my Hp and firmly felt that the payment is not gone through. Good I had a transaction history to show him in this embarrassing situation. I would highly recommend his affordable place with dishes prepared by hood chef.

Celebrated my birthday 🎂 36th with my wife and family. Ordered the set meal for 4 last night. Pretty decent thai food, my parents loved the tastiness. However, the tom yum soup was abit salty which my wife claimed and I kind of agree. When asked if there is any birthday incentives or benefit, there is none (not because of this i rated 4 though 😅). But I thought this outlet could participate in some changi rewards group membership for birthday month discount or some rewards which is very common these days. The staffs are generally polite and helpful. The tom yum soup could have been served in the 4 bowls instead of the birthday boy servicing myself 😅😅. Just some pointers if this outlet is going for 5 star rating review in future.

I had visited the restaurant when they were at Terminal 2. We ordered steam sea bass, tohu and basil chicken with mixed vegetables. The steam sea bass was excellent with the Thai sauce. Very nourishing and feel the freshness of the fish. The fried tohu with mayonnaise is excellent choice too. But the basil chicken is too salty for taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Reasonable price. I will definitely recommend to my friends. We'll done

If you were to pay for a thai basil leaf minced chicken you will expect to have a least some basil leaf in it. But not at this place, it is just stir fry chicken with lime leaf. It is also oily and instead of using more chilli there is chilli oil! Which is never used in this dish in Thailand. Olive chicken rice was passable but there were some weird placement of items like chopped lime into little square cubes!!! So how do we squeeze it? You cannot. Instead you have to eat the lime cubes which the rice which made it too sour. And the cashew nut is bland not even roasted. Haiz.

The food was absolutely delicious. I love the atmosphere and the service was pretty spot on. The sambal seafood fried rice is tasty. We ordered the Mongolian chicken too and it impressed me by how strong the pepper flavour was as the chicken was coated in a spicy peppery sauce. The seafood hotplate was also good. Overall , it is a good restaurant to dine in. Would definitely revisit!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Central Thai in Singapore, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfectly capturing the essence of Thailand’s vibrant culture. The decor, with its elegant blend of traditional and contemporary Thai elements, sets the stage for a memorable meal. The menu at Central Thai is a culinary journey through Thailand, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. Each dish we ordered was a testament to the chef's expertise and passion for authentic Thai cuisine. This time, we ordered the egg omelette, mayonnaise tiger prawns, and our favorite, the lemon steam seabass. The egg omelette was fluffy and golden, cooked to perfection with a delightful balance of flavors. It was simple yet incredibly satisfying, showcasing the chefs' skill in executing even the most classic dishes with finesse. Every bite was a comforting reminder of home-cooked Thai meals. The mayonnaise tiger prawns were a standout dish. The prawns were fresh and succulent, coated in a creamy mayonnaise sauce that was both tangy and rich. The dish was beautifully presented, and the prawns had a perfect texture, with the sauce complementing rather than overpowering their natural sweetness. However, the highlight of our dinner was undoubtedly the lemon steam seabass. This dish has always been a favorite of ours, consistently delicious since before COVID times. The seabass was impeccably cooked, tender and flavorful, with the tangy lemon sauce providing a refreshing contrast. The inclusion of coriander added a wonderful depth of flavor, enhancing the overall taste of the dish. It’s a perfect example of the restaurant’s ability to deliver outstanding seafood.Another pleasant surprise was the humble coffee. Well-brewed and of good quality, it was the perfect end to our meal, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. What truly stood out during our visit was the impeccable service. Karthik, our waiter, was exemplary in every way. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, ensuring that our dining experience was flawless. Karthik went above and beyond by helping us take a few group photos, capturing our joyous moments with a smile. His willingness to assist and his cheerful demeanor added a personal touch that made our visit even more special. In conclusion, Central Thai is a gem in Singapore’s culinary scene. Whether you are a Thai cuisine aficionado or a first-time visitor, you are in for an exceptional treat. Kudos to the entire team, and special thanks to Karthik for making our evening truly unforgettable. We will definitely be returning soon!

Had lunch on a weekday with a big group of 9. Food was amazing! Everything we ate tasted really authentic and delicious. My favourites were the Thai Basil Chicken and Seafood Tom Yum (Cream). We also enjoyed the Salted Egg Butter Cream Chicken, Pad Thai, Kangkung, Steam Seabass with Spicy Lemon Sauce, Seafood Hotplate Beancurd and Mango Sticky Rice. I also liked how they offered 4 choices of complete kids meal (with drink, fruit & ice cream) so you can definitely bring your kids along! Service was impeccable. Everyone was really warm and accommodating. I never felt like a nuisance when stopping any of them to ask for something. Thank you for being kind and welcoming. They were also gracious enough to let the stroller in so i could put my infant down. And they gave my toddler a small activity book to keep her calm while waiting for her meal. Appreciate all these kind gestures! Ambience was nice and cozy! Quite spacious with a modern design. We really enjoyed our lunch - I don’t think we’ve had such a great lunch before where every dish hit the spot. This will definitely be my go-to halal thai place from now on.
