Authentic Thai food. A real gem in T3. Received warm welcome from restaurant service staff. Snr Manager Grace was very helpful in seating us at a comfortable spot in the restaurant and guiding us through the menu. Her friendly and cheerful disposition made the dining experience enjoyable. Food was exquisite. Steamed Sea Bass with lemon was fresh with the tom yum oomph! Mongolian beef was very tender, samba long beans and Sambal Kang Kong was flavorful. Thank you Chef, Snr Manager and your wonderful team for making the dining experience a great way to start our Sunday

Visited Central Thai at T3 with my family while sending my daughter off for her overseas exchange programme, and at the same time celebrating Mother’s Day together. 😊 We ordered quite a variety of dishes, including their seafood tom yum soup, Thai-style omelette, green curry, stir-fried mixed vegetables, mango sticky rice, and a green milk tea. The tom yum soup was comforting with a nice balance of sour and spicy flavours, filled with seafood ingredients like squid and clams. The Thai-style omelette was fluffy and crispy around the edges, which paired very well with rice. The green curry was creamy and fragrant with generous ingredients, while the stir-fried vegetables were fresh and nicely cooked. We ended the meal with mango sticky rice and a refreshing green milk tea which completed the experience nicely. Food-wise, I would say it is more adjusted towards Singapore taste rather than very authentic Thai flavours, but overall it was still enjoyable. Portions were good and pricing was reasonable for an airport restaurant. Service was pleasant as well — the waitress who attended to us was very friendly and welcoming throughout the dinner. Overall, a warm family lunch experience before sending my daughter overseas. Thank you Central Thai for the good food and comfortable ambience.

The best HALAL THAI Ala Carte Buffet in Singapore!! Super authentic in taste and flavour plus the pricing so affordable with the quality of food you can get from them! Staff super friendly! Special thanks to Ms Grace who suggested the best thai food we can try from their buffet menu list. Imagine 30+ Authentic Thai Dishes,Halal-Certified, À La Carte Buffet with unlimited ordering for 90 minutes of dining per seating and the pricing only Weekday: Lunch $39.90++ | Dinner $44.90++ and Weekend & Public Holidays: $49.90++ only! Such a steal for the pricing! Just located at the Third Floor of Changi Airport T3. Everything was super fresh and really love the spacious place too good for big groups.

First time trying, and overall it’s not too bad. We ordered Deep fried seabass with mango salad, the staff has been very accommodating to allow us to separate the mango salad from the crispy fish. Appreciate such flexibility and sound service. Only disappointment is actually the deep fried seabass. It’s more pan fried than deep fried, which is more towards our liking. Meat of the fish still see some pinkish color.. hopefully there will be improvement in near future or at least option to allow us to choose deep fried than pan fried. The baby kailan is delicious, so I would recommend it! The restaurant ambience is nice and cozy, not too cold nor uncomfortable in terms of tables arrangement. Worth a try!

Came here for a very late lunch today and was fortunate to be served by your service crew Sha. Her name tag indicated she's a part-timer but her service rendered and attentiveness deserves full compliments. She displayed sincere and warm hospitality that's hard to come by in f&b establishments nowadays. She's an asset to your organization. We've dined here for a few times and the food never dissappoint. Our family's go-to for thai food, always top-notch and consistent in quality, and my personal fave is the Thai-styled steamed fish. We had a pleasant experience each time we dine here. Keep it up!
