Super poor service from this Malay staff. I know the shop is half open as all the lights are not on but, she absolutely have no desire to interact. Continued whatever she was doing (sorting some paper work) and ignored me while I stood there for almost a minute. When I said hello, she didn’t bother to check what I wanted, waved her paper towards a half lit display and said “that’s all we have, the rest not ready” I was like, you didn’t even bother telling me what was ready! 🤦‍♂️ Left without buying anything !

The cheesecake is so good! it tastes the same as the tart we had in japan. The crust is crispy and the inside is gooey and light. It tastes so good and it is big for its price.

Review of Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart @ Changi Airport T3 Public My first visit here was rather disappointing — the egg tarts tasted decent but could have been better. The experience was further dampened by the staff’s rude and unfriendly demeanor, which gave the impression that they weren’t putting much effort into their baking or service. Revisit – 1 November 2025 You’ve improved!! I’ve also increased my rating for you! The Chinese baker I met this morning had a far better attitude than most of the previous staff — polite, pleasant, and professional. Keep up the good work with both your baking and service level. I also noticed you’ve introduced some new recipes, which is great! I quite liked the Vanilla Custard Tart, which was smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. I wanted to try the Apple Crumble Danish, but it was already sold out. Perhaps it would be helpful to tag “Sold Out” on such items so customers know in advance. It’s encouraging to see your improvements — keep it up!
