The highlight of my visit was the signature Rotiboy bun. With its enticing aroma and golden-brown appearance, it was love at first sight. Taking my first bite, I was greeted with a satisfying crunch from the crispy exterior, which added an enjoyable texture to the overall experience. But what truly won me over was the pillowy softness of the bun’s interior. It was like biting into a cloud of goodness! The dough was incredibly light and fluffy, making each bite a pure delight. At basement 2 of T3, one would notice the fragrance of the buns from rotiboy. The signature buns are often sold out. This goes to show how popular the buns are. Fresh out of the oven, they are piping hot and smells heavenly.

Visited to get some bread from RotiBoy. Good as usual, and best when fresh from the kitchen (same day/immediate consumption)! Crisp yummy top layer, with fragrant filling in the middle (I think it’s some butter mixture). Normally we get the coffee flavor, but buttermilk is interestingly good too!!

We had the coffee one and the cheese one, they’re fine, not amazing. Note to international travellers: I’m so surprised these smaller shops in this world class international airport don’t take credit card! They’d only take cash or some Singaporean exclusive payments.

Cannot use paywave, give cash better give exact or she will give you change of 5x 10 cent coins and tell you she don’t need many coins (even though the 10 cents not from me haha)

Just brought 10 pieces of rotiboy from them, totally understand why the queue is so long because its the best coffee bun ever! I think due to some issue they have to close their shop for awhile but its totally fine 😀 Love their service and staff is friendly as well.

Extremely poor experience here. My wife and I ordered 5 buttermilk, told to wait for 25 mins. During collection, when we stated our name to collect, we were told someone else had collected our order. What the fish? I then asked them whether they verified the receipt from the one who collected. Some arguments later, one of the staff (there were two chinese and one malay) said with an attitude it was her mistake that she didn’t check. She said she just asked if the collector name is that name and the collector said yes. Staff just offered to refund and highlighted they ran out of bread. Oh my God typical get-away-scot-free approach. Copy to HR, can you query your staff who was working on Sat 18 nov at around 6.30-7.30pm and take serious action against her (i.e salary reduction). Such inconvenience is outright unacceptable. 25 mins just wasted like that. And the only thing they offered was just refund. We were outrageously astounded by how bad the situation was managed.

Tried the Mochaboy this time. Was slightly afraid that the bun would be too sweet after seeing the chocolate-like filling inside, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the cream was well-balanced and had an elegant level of sweetness. Will come back to try the Cheeseboy next time.

The good thing about this bakery is that they baked fresh so I really can’t resist that piping hot bun with the butter melting in mouth!!! Yummy!!!

Staff was very unfriendly. Despite greeting her twice, staff just stared at me waiting for my order without uttering a single world and kept staring with and angry look. After making my order, making payment, and returning my change, staff continued to have an arrogant look despite my thanking her. Terrible customer service experience for me and my disabled mother whom was on a wheelchair. Definitely not what I expected from the service industry at the world's best airport. I do hope Roti Boy & changi airport will train their staff to be much more professional in this service industry.
