Staff were very friendly. Food was interesting, it was a real chicken breast which was great, although the batter was odd and it was impossibly salty. The food was incredibly expensive for what we got, for two people it was over $40 for fast food. We could not finish the meal as both of us found it very salty. Best thing on the menu was their wedges (they call them tater tots).

Pleasantly surprised. I’ve only once been in a Mary Brown’s, in a big city, and I was not overly impressed. So, I wasn’t expecting much different in a small town. However, I found all aspects of this place quite nice. Friendly staff, clean environment and fast service.

We are always so satisfied when eating here. It's real chicken, not processed junk like other places. The Big Mary is delicious as is the taters.

Great service, food and seating options. Had an original Mary combo, and it was delicious. The sauces are awesome as well.

I hit the drive thru for one of those blue jays batters box deals just after they opened this morning. I'd highly recommend trying it at that time! I had to wait a couple minutes, but the chicken was so fresh and hot and good! Best fried chicken I've had in a long time. The batters box is a good value. The biscuits are better at other places, but when the chicken, taters n gravy are all 10/10 who really cares? Always service with a smile at this location too!

Experience at Mary Browns was good. Food is good and served hot. The Big Mary Sandwich is our favourite and taters are great. Only down side is the dining area. Was very dirty, all the tables were dirty. That was disappointing. However everything else was good.

We drove from kincardine to find a place open until 10 after a soccer match. Everyone was hungry. Ordered big mary meal. It was fast but food was cold, soggy fries. It was my first time and really disappointed me. I do have to say the staff were friendly and efficient, eager to please, considering we arrived at the last 15 minutes of their shift. All the blame is not on them. Next time I'll try it at a better time.

For the 5th time in last 2-3 months I had to return as they would forget to add one of the ordered items. Today they said it happens with only my orders which made the experience worse. I return only because I like the spicy chicken, otherwise the experience is poor. Most of the time I get home to realize one of the missing sides. So today I waited at the window and dug into the package to see everything is there and the coleslaw was not there. The server apologized and handed me the coleslaw. Also today even the sauce was incorrect.

There was so much grease on the floor that I almost fell. And it wasn't in an isolated area, it was in an entire session, making it very clear that cleaning is not a priority in this place. The soft drink was served without being cold, which was unfortunate.

Dirty and run down. No one cares that the tables and benches are full of crumbs and grease. And this was at 11am, right when they open. Owner has zero pride in his/her business. Shameful. The man at the front counter was nice, he brought us our food when it was ready.

We both had the grilled chicken sandwich. We agreed it was quite good with tender, not dry, chicken and a lovely, soft bun. We would order it again.

We went here for lunch and were disappointed. There was a limited menu and the drive-thru menu was hard to read. The chicken and french fries were soggy with grease. One piece of chicken was only have breaded. Overall this place is subpar to the other drive-thru/take-outs nearby. The staff was friendly, and the idea of fried chicken in this area is great. Is only great however with good food.

I just ordered three big mary chicken combos and they have no pickles the potatoes weren't washed the people at the window didn't even realize they didn't give us our drinks and the vibes they were giving tells me that they didn't even want to work or care about the quality of food doesn't taste like mary browns
