This location doesn't have great exposure from the street and to be honest it's not easily spotted when you come in off of Emerald Drive. The staff was very friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. I did notice there's no seating for larger groups than four. I did take out and have gotten food from this location many times. Very rarely do they ever get the orders wrong or miss something. When this does happen they took my information over the phone and the next time I was in to order food they make sure I would get some free items. You can't go wrong with Mary Brown's any location that I have visited.

This place is the absolute worst Mary browns in the country. No service . No decency at all. Every time I go there I have to wait 20 plus minutes for chicken. Like it’s a chicken shack. There’s no pineapple crush. And today like usually I had to wait 25 minutes for a 6 piece meal and taters. So I paid and waited. Upon getting the meal I looked inside before leaving only to find French fries. So I asked and This is when this woman tells me she has No taters. Being form the east coast we go to mary browns for chicken and taters. But needless to say this place does not have either cooked or in the store at all. I will most definitely NOT BE RETURNING . I will also be informing head quarters. This franchise does not have have any right representing Mary browns. And to too all of that off. Now there are no centres. Only centre halved with the bone on. Also Thats was NOT MARY BROWNNS GRAVY

I love Mary Brown's but I'll never visit this one again. There was one other person ahead of me who had already ordered and it still took them 5-10 minutes to even take my order. The food was not good. The chicken tasted like it was just covered in flour and then deep fried. Absolutely zero flavour and to top it off, it was overcooked and tough.

I visited today at Popeyes Sherwood park , I had a great experience . The employee name Shai helped me with my order. She was very helpful and friendly . The speed of service was great . I will definitely visit again this location.

Went in at 2:30PM for Big Mary Monday. Mistake. The chicken had clearly been sitting in a warmer since lunch, it was lukewarm and the ends were dried. The bun was the worse, not sure if it was warmed to long ago or just a stale batch but if you’ve ever had a stale bun you know how the bread sort of crumbles to pieces and breaks. That’s how the bun was. The taters we equally as old as the chicken. The only thing hot was the gravy on the tater poutine. Ordered take out, got to my car and left the area only to realize she didn’t put any napkins or a fork to eat the poutine in the bag. If you’re wondering why other chicken joints in the area (KFC, Popeyes) are usually busy, while these stores seems to struggle to find footing out here, this is why. At least, it’s never busy when I go there. The last 3x I’ve ordered from this store there has only been ONE crew member working. I’m skeptical that I always seem to visit when someone is on a break but, it doesn’t help that one person has to run to the cash, and then run back and make my food, while coming back to take another order while in the middle of prepping my food.
