We ordered dinner on line this evening. We chose the 6 Piece Fan Favourite meal. I was pleasantly greeted upon entry by the front counter service lady. The restaurant is very clean inside and the food preparation time only took about 8 minutes as there were 2 customers ahead of me. The meal was packaged up carefully in a large take out meal box. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh. Their price for this meal is very reasonable and the portions are ideal for 2 people that are dining. Once we had the takeout food at home we found the presentation and the freshness of the food to be very good. The biscuits are a nice addition to the meal. One thing that I have to say is that their chicken is "not greasy" and is tender, unlike some of their competitors. We will continue to be a customer for future meals at the Chestermere Mary Brown's. I highly recommend this location for your meals.......Peter

Food was great we love their chicken and big Marry but today skinny girl with glasses working at front was so rude,she had no manners how to deal with customers.please give her proper customer service training ist than leave at front.if her attitude is like this in future definitely u guys loose ur loyal customer.

I have never had better food! It was my first time having Mary Browns and I was greeted so kindly by the staff members and they made sure to pay close attention to what I wanted. I will be back again soon!

I used to visit Chestermere Mary Brown's quite often before, but now I don't feel like going. The people at the front don't greet you properly anymore. Today, I came and it was still okay, but two days ago, I came and there was no greeting from the front staff—very bad. It was an unpleasant experience. Today, the chicken had so much breading that there was hardly any chicken left. It was as if I was eating dough instead of chicken. Two days ago, I recommended this place to my friends, and they also said the same. Achan, the lady at the front, was busy talking to a thin lady at the back and continued chatting in Punjabi. She didn't seem to care about the customer in front of her. They were just occupied with their conversation. I would never recommend this place to anyone now.

I enjoy the food, especially the chicken twist rolls with ranch. I usually arrive here 10 minutes before closing, and they still make sure we have a satisfying meal without being grumpy. Their burgers are also better than McDonald's lol. However, I wish they would bring back the grilled burgers.
