Service was the worst I have had anywhere in years. I placed my order on the app for a quick dinner. Ended up arriving on time. One customer was placing a big order when I got there. The server didn’t bother making eye contact with me, I ended up waiting good 12 minutes while my food was getting soggy. I picked up, drove home and opened my bag just to find out my coleslaw was missing! Drive back and waited one more time for a customer to place an order. I told her I came to get my missing salad, and that now I would be eating my food cold. I received a sore excuse for an apology and left. The management needs to put another person at the front counter and also teach their employees that acknowledging customers who come right up to the app pick up counter is a priority!

Man I was craving some good fried chicken tonight and hate KFC. Not a fan of Popeyes, but man I will NEVER order from this place again. The chicken was like dried chicken jerky. I’m so mad as my craving wasn’t fixed with this chicken jerky. Even KFC is at least moist. Might not be chicken from KFC, but come on. I’m at the point where I just need to make it home made so o get that nice juicy, deep fried moist as all hell chicken that fried chicken is supposed to be. We will NEVET order from Mary Brown's again. Ever

I ordered skip from this location, the coleslaw had turned brown and smelt rancid. The chicken sandwich was placed at the bottom of the bag with 2 cold cans of pop on top so it was squished flat and cold. The piece of chicken was all gristle and tiny. It cost me $34 and all I could eat out of the order was the small fries, thanks guys. Whoever cooked and packed this should be ashamed.

Ordered Uber eats, the whole order was wrong. Ordered two large mash potatoes, never came with the gravy listed on the menu. You think if I were ordering a bigger meal from the restaurant they'd have a little more care to detail. Cold plain mash, also the Thai chicken Poppins tasted old, chewy. Not a great experience. Ordered and put directly into my fridge out of frustration, Jan 9th 2026

Overpriced, stale and horrible. Potatoe wedges were the worst. Bland and tastless. Chicken was just ok. Ordered cheese for the chicken burger, paid for cheese, got home ... no cheese. The coleslaw was good though but im sure its mass produced. All in all i wont be returning
