Just wanted to say how disappointed I am that I paid over 13.00 to get 1 chicken breast worth of chicken fingers, fork and ranch for size reference. I ordered believing that what I was ordering would have filled me up but the sad truth is, I paid 13.00 for a light snack when I could have gotten a chicken combo that would have more than filled me up for 15.00. Extremely disappointing. Do better Mary Browns

I placed a large online order a few hours prior to my pickup time. I found the ordering process pretty simple and when we arrived at the location (first time ordering from here), the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, the order was totally complete, hot, fresh and on time. I was very impressed and would definitely order from here again. Well done!

Very nice clean location. Came at 7pm and was told no chicken thighs for at least 20 minutes, no dressing for fries and the staff , well they left a lot to be desired. Didn’t seem to know what they were doing and not friendly at all. Food was delicious, even though I couldn’t get what I wanted. Hospitality definitely not “east cost style”.

I frequent this location they always serve fresh quality food. I have noticed on multiple accounts however that they forget to give me my taters and/or gravy so make sure to check your order if getting takeout. Otherwise no complaints. The honey dill sauce is delicious and they sell it by the bottle.

We’ve had Mary Browns here a few times. We usually order their Spicy Big Mary’s, Nashville Taters, Gravy, Coleslaw. We personally quite like their Nashville Taters and Gravy. We also like the Spicy Big Mary more than any other fast food chain chicken sandwich. Overall, a pretty good fast food chain branch.

I usually get chicken tenders, but this time I decided to try something different and it really disappointed me… almost $14 for grilled chicken sandwich combo…. Chicken doesn’t even look grilled ( more like steamed ) it’s pale and has barely seasoning on it…. Not what it looks or it says on the menu….

The food is always fresh and hot, and I love how clean the place is, especially the washrooms. The staff are always welcoming and friendly,and it's a nice atmosphere

I always order 9 piece meal deal or the 13 piece meal deal but this time I put in my order on the app wrong and I wanted the 13 piece meal deal but ordered the 9 piece meal so on a different order I added 6 piece of chicken and when I went in to pick up the order I had asked them to just upgrade the coleslaw to a bigger size as I bought 15 pieces all together and the man that was working there was so rude about it and said we can’t do that and it’s to late for me to upsize and pay the difference. I order here every week and I spend at least $50 here it’s really a disappointment to be treated like this. Will be changing to another location.

Ordered a Big Mary combo with Mac salad and an extra piece of chicken. I was the only customer to look after. Staff was polite. After returning to my office to eat my lunch I discovered they did not give me any taters. what's Mary Brown's without the taters? Disappointed to just eat chicken for lunch. If your going to nickel and dime customers for a bag, please put the food in there.

Be aware of this Fraud!!! their online has a offer caller Summer Fun pack for 27.00 when I called their number to place the order, the girl told me it will be 37!!! when I refer her to the online, she then said OK OK. after then I placed my order in store, instead of 8 chicken she gave me 7 chicken. I told her to take extra 2 CAD and give me leg and thigh, she confirmed me about that too. but boom it's not leg and thigh. so i started calling them from home and another boom, no 1 is receiving the phone. after several try, I got the manager who asked me to go there again to get that extra chicken, hahaahah, and about the taste!!! man, you better through your cash in garbage.

Ordered delivered through skip the dishes. Delivery time was awesome but rest downhill from there. Chicken not fresh and did not receive correct items. Manager blamed driver but items were taped together. For price paid, will not order again.

I love Mary Brown’s, it’s the best food I’ve had. I really like the K-Crunch Sandwich it’s so good that I would want to have it again and I had that with a combo, it was with a mashup bowl and it was so good and this place is small but very good service, would definitely recommend going here, I’m coming back here again some other time.
