I was underwhelmed to say the least. Mary Browns when they first started in Edmonton were much better than this particular experience.

Horrible location ordered a sandwich and the bread looked like someone took a bite. Brought it back and asked for it to be remade. But she just looks at me and says what? What do I want ? I thought it was only common sense to have the sandwich remade with a whole bread top (I was actually not trying to cause a scene by just asking to get it remade). But was instead met with push back for not wanting to eat the sandwich with things like what’d you want , a new sandwich etc ... I answer yes please only with intervention from bystanders did she actually fold under pressure and take the sandwich back.On a side note I ordered my original order I ordered no pickles . Once I got the sandwich I made sure to open it infront of everyone one lining up to order and found a pickle right on top of the bun. And tossed it Classy

The three of us ordered a batters box and another meal and two of us like to order the centrebreast for extra $$. However, the center breast was twice cooked, unfortunately. People that order a centre breast for extra money are quite aware that they take a little longer to cook and are willing to wait for a fresh one please don’t cook it once and then cook it second or third time when people request it. We returned the crispy over cooked centre breast and asked for a fresh one, but was given an overcooked burned piece again unfortunately, we just left headed to the dog later

I know you have to make a profit, Been a Mary Brown customer for years. Now Mary brown buys small chickens because they buy by the pound and sell by the piece. The last wing and breast came from a Cornish hen. I love Mary Brown but will not give money for the profit of owner again. Shame on all that are doing this..
