I frequently order your food but 4 finger Sembawang branch was so disappointed, food is always cold especially burger, and chicken , serve old meat ,But other branch is okay. 4 finger is one of my favourite but sembawang branch so disappointed, hopefully it will improved next time.

Not a fan of fried chicken but really love love the honey mustard fried chicken. Fried chicken is crispy and tender. Hope this honey mustard flavor will stay on the menu🤤

Though I came on a peak hours, the staff always make me feel welcome with good service. Food tastes very good and warm. I always repeat order from this branch. Kudos to Managers and their team! Thank you for serving good food with good qualities.

On the 10/9/2023 at around 9pm i went there to order myself a 6 piece ala cart but the cashier ( a woman ) charged us combo instead when we clearly stated ala cart. We then also order a 12 piece combo and asked for more sauce.Instead of giving us more sauce, our chicken ended up with little to no sauce at all. All i could taste was a plain fried chicken. For the drinks, another waiter there[ a guy ] instead of asking me politely he used his mouth to make a kissing sound action to get my attention. He then proceeded to point at the fridge to task me take my drinks myself. May i know for the drinks am i suppose to take myself or is there suppose to be someone tasked to take it for me? May i also know, isit possible to even ask for more sauce? This incident have already happen twiced and it happen during both of my visit. To the manager, please rectify this mistake and train ur staff better next time. Maybe it might be due to my lack of knowledge that more sauce is not an option. As due to me always receiving a lack of sauce thus i requested more sauce.

Worst delivery meal ever!! Chicken is as hard as stone, ordered 4 items received 3items , can’t contact anyone as there is no phone number online. I ate many times four fingers but this time round their standard drop.. should improve for take away or delivery.. nv dine in doesn’t mean u can anyhow pack for customers.

Pretty disappointed about it … The chicken is not flavoured enough and the fries are not even fresh ! It’s nothing like the 4 fingers I had before !
