Maki was one of their best creation until they start giving you rice that is so sticky and glutinous that it’s disgusting to eat. Also , the chicken inside was sour ( I guess it turned bad already ) which make me suspect they probably use overnight or leftover corners of chicken for this dish they charge us for 5.90.

The friend chicken were really good. I always love to visit 4 Fingers Stars of Kovan branch whenever I crave for it. The taste of spices and the tenderness of chicken always delighted me.The kimchi is pretty good too. Special thanks for all the lovely staffs who always serve me with their smiles. Great Job!!! I would like to send in my compliments to Star Of Kovan's outlet staff with the name of Jiahao, he has serve me with great customer service and he is very fast efficient with his speed of service. The food are served hot and taste delicious. Thumbs up to him and keep it up the excellent work!!

This locations quality is trash. Waste of $50. Boneless wings were just dry breading. Most of them had barely any chicken inside. Tasted and felt old, like they had been sitting out all day. Hardly any sauce. The cheesy fries had 10% the cheese other locations give. Fries felt stale. I love 4 fingers. This was my first time having from Stars of Kovan location. Never ordering from this outlet again. Might not even order from 4 fingers after this, honestly. Most disappointing meal for all of us eating it.

Staff were cheerful and friendly when handling orders. They were also not afraid to engage in small talk. The boneless chicken with the soy sauce is delightful, the soy sauce complements the chicken with also tenderising the meat. As a combo with the teriyaki sauce rice, the taste is divine as the rice balances the saltiness of the soy garlic sauce. 1 small concern I have is that sometimes the box the food is packaged in is not properly secured and the lid would open up. This would be disastrous if the food were ever to be dropped as the food would also spill out.

Rather disappointed at the food quality from this outlet compared to the others. Flavouring did not cover the entire chicken properly. Too much flour in some pieces. Fries were poorly coated too.

I told the cashier I wanted JUST SOY chicken and he gave me mix. I can't eat spicy food so I had to throw the chicken away and wasted my money. I had to walk under the hot sun to get to this outlet to order and yet i received a wrong order becos of the cashier. I clearly stated JUST SOY.

It's not obviously located, hidden inside the building. But the food and staff are really good! Love it. Will surely come back when I'm craving for chicken, Crispy chicken again!

Been ordering from this outlet whenever we have some cravings for korean chicken but was totally disappointed😞 today! Ordered 18 pcs wingetes, drummettes and only got 14 tiny pieces of chicken... fries is supposed to have 3 flavors seaweed, kimchi (2) but received plain fries only???😩🙀

From all my experiences ordering food delivery , this Stars Of Kovan 4Fingers outlet is the worst outlet. Given wrong order n missing items. Called the outlet to clarify, nobody pick up. If your staffs cannot do proper job for delivery, dont take delivery order because you'll just mess up customer meal time.

The food is hot n fresh, the staff at kovan outlet was friendly especially if I remember it was serene,she will go the extra mile to assist customers..the store is also well kept..Will return back for more chicken..kudos to the manager could not remember his name,he serve us with a smile n polite..Great service..this type of team will make the store great..thank you so much..

First time order takeaway from this outlet, chicken was hot and crispy. Only comment is the serving size for kimslaw is way to small. $4 for a half filled tub. (Usually order from Bishan and is filled to the brim)
