Had the crispy chicken combo for lunch.Not the best experience. The bun was literally tearing & falling off when I held the burger. Sad. Meal did not come with chilli sachet.Guess need to ask at the counter.🤔 Was going to order for take-away also but changed my mind.Staff was friendly. Spacious place.Can hold abt 40pax. Deco was inviting.Tables have a nice texture.Chairs are movable.Able to accommodate wheelchair diners.

ordered thru food panda. delivery was fast since it’s only 2km away from home food was still warm when delivered. chicken seems fresh, however, it was not crunchy anymore. Fries was also a bit saggy. i prefer spicy, soy was a bit too sweet for me.

Ordered chicken salad and cheese loaded fries for takeaway. Chicken was cold and tough, fries portion was too small! The container box was only abt half full. 👎

2020: Ordered the 6-piece meal (half of both flavours) and added an additional drumstick. Everything was piping hot as it should be. My parents visited this branch a few weeks back and they also said the food were hot and delicious. One of the few branches that still serves HOT food. Keep up the good work! Will visit again. :) Update: came here in 2022, chicken is cold, drumstick I ordered is dried up, fries seasoning is just a little sprinkle. Asked for chili sauce, the person in the kitchen only gave 2 packets lol. Have to keep going back again and again to ask for 1-2 packets of chili.

Drumsticks were tender and moist. Spicy flavour bring just enough heat. Crispy skin doesn't tastes oily like the KFC kind of batter. Japanese rice with in the rice box balances out the heavier flavour of the chicken!

Ended up here on a weekday night and was left without much choices for dinner, so went with this. I must really compliment the staff here for being on the ball even though it was half past 9, and still being welcoming despite nearing closing. The uncle at the lobby was very attentive, ensuring every inch of the table is wiped down before seating others. Food were served piping hot nearing closing hour too, which was comforting.

Served one of the best chicken wings. Meat is fresh and tender. Prepared with their own sauce. The Calamari and Shrimps is also a must try. Goes well with my red wine. Overall experience is good. Uncle from lobby is attentive and polite. The cashier is also patient and done a good job to explain and advise what is the best option. But I must say the taste does not fit everyone if you do not enjoy chilli hot stuff.

Standard dropped drastically. Very badly fried wingettes and drumettes; small, dark, dry with funny taste. Has been a frequent patron, but shall stop coming again. The taste and look is just simply terrible.

Their shrinkflation is amazingly high. Drums has gotten EXTREMELY SMALL. FRIES ARE MISERABLY PACKED WITH ONLY VERY FEW STRANDS.

Recommend for folks not to order within 1 hour of closing. First, I could only do an online order, no one at counter, busy closing up. I should have taken the hint. My food took over 10 mins to prep. But I was served cold chicken and fries. Topped up $1 for a larger portion of fries but honestly can’t tell that I got a bigger portions cos the fries were just dumped into the box with the chicken and there was just a handful of strands of it. My chicken came in different shades of brown, some light, some dark but all equally cold. Only item that was freshly fried was my cheese sticks. They get my one star for that.

Everything that can be wrong is all wrong, never ever coming back to this outlet Food: Ordered the regular signature mix combo (soy, seaweed). One of the chicken pieces is spicy. The fries don't seem to be a lot (I might be nitpicking). The "lemon tea" turns out to be water (see photo), drink machine didn't indicate that it is water or not to take the lemon tea. Service: the cashier seems unsure, mask was not worn properly, drops paper cups onto the floor but puts back into the dispensing pile Atmosphere: came about 720pm, fairly crowded, managed to chope a seat. Problem is seats are configured in 4pax. My table was canniblised and I was asked if I could change seats to accomodate other customers. Side note: rubbish bin was full of the tin trays and leftovers, wasn't cleared till later

I had a fantastic experience at 4Fingers in JEM shopping mall, Singapore. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent food recommendations. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, especially the marinated and cooked-to-perfection chicken. Overall, a delightful dining experience.

Don't bother trying their surf and turf. Their fish is as seen in the picture. You're better off going to LJS if you want fried fish.
