horrible job done by one of the staff which was stationed at the tray cleaning and table cleaning. first of all i do understand that her job isnt easy and ive done similar jobs as her, but she doesnt have the right to be rude to me and my friend when we were eating there at that time. me and my friend was ordering through the mobile qr app that was on the table and this the staff was insisting us to order at the kiosk machine instead of the table because she said it was faster. thats alright as i understand she is just recommending us what to do. when me and my friend was eating and talking, she rudely interrupted us and scolded me for “spilling” my drink when it was clearly condensed water from the cold soda cup. i repeatedly told her that it was condensation but she kept on accusing me of spilling my drink. i tried to shrugged it off as it was a misunderstanding, but when she muttered under her breath about me spilling my drink, i was completely disgusted when she said that. she was also making loud noises by slamming and banging the trays against the dustbin and that frightened the customers surrounding her and there was kids and babies in strollers around, children’s ears are sensitive so this wasnt a very welcoming or polite gesture. i was trying to be nice when we finished our food and i stacked the trays and arranged everything neatly before giving to her but she clicked her tongue and was giving me a very annoyed and pissy attitude and i found that to be my last straw to lodge this complaint. i worked in plenty of customer service and food and beverage jobs to know that this isnt how you should treat customers, no matter how bad things may get. this happened 6/8/2026 at about 7pm to 8:30pm

Food is good, however, I ordered a 18 PC chicken bundle to share with my family but in return, I've gotten a completely different order which can only feed one. Please stay awake when packing orders properly. The worst service I've had so far.

I already 2 month not come here but the service was great. I meet some familiar face, the manager tarmizi was so great and always recognised me and concern about me, the kitchen staff reene and Tay also recognised me and always show a concern about me since I mentioned last time I got cancer but now I fully cure from my cancer so nice to see the familiar face and warm welcome. The service here was so good and staff here feel like my family.

I like the cleanliness of the store. It was my first time having 4Fingers and the cashier was patient enough to provide recommendations. The skin of the chicken was crispy and seasoned but the chicken itself was not. Edit: I visited again one year later. The cheese fries topped with popcorn chicken came as a surprise. It could have been a meal by itself with a drink. It was the tastiest thing that I have ever eaten. The service crew was really nice too. She came looking for me with my Milo drink even though my order was take-away. I was tired and hungry that day, but I knew that it was not possible to finish my food, so I had it as a take-away instead. Both flavours of chickens were well-marinated and the skin was so crispy that I could not stop eating. I will be back again!

Food all is perfect. But just the particular auntie cleaning... We came around 820pm.. Got our food around 8.30pm. Seated around 8.35pm. Once we were seated one aunti came up to us and ask us if we can finish our food by 9pm as she needed to close the area to do up closing and cleaning. She said this area closes at 9pm...the other area close at 1030pm. There was a guy seated nearby beside us,she didnt tell him anything. She still told us she is telling us out of being nice. So we ask her if she was chasing us away then? She said no. I mean we were just seated and did not even start eating yet and we were told off like this. Later on she started slamming the chairs and we felt that she is showing to us how irratated she felt. I mean if you wanted to clean the area, you can close up the area so that diners can't come in and sit to eat right? There are even more diners who wanted to sit down and eat and she chases them away....
