Great food and even better service! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made me feel valued and ensured everything was served promptly with a smile. It’s refreshing to experience such genuine customer service. The food was delicious and well worth the price. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this stall to anyone looking for both great food and outstanding hospitality!

On Monday 11 May 2026, I had the chicken chop rice box with banana choco balls for my lunch from the 4Fingers Crispy Chicken outlet at Nee Soon East Community Club in Yishun, and they both tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these other 4Fingers Crispy Chicken dishes such as boneless chicken bites rice box and tofu rice box from the other 4Fingers Crispy Chicken outlets such as at Causeway Point in Woodlands, Northshore Plaza II in Punggol, VivoCity in HarbourFront and Stars of Kovan in Hougang in the future.

Chicken was not that bad but please have some basic service. No point showing an impatient face when I was just trying to get some clear clarify on the menu choices.

I ordered a 6-piece chicken set. The cashier (manager wearing black shirt) assumed that I wanted chicken wings without asking whether I preferred boneless or bone-in chicken. When I received the order and pointed out the mistake, I was told that it was my fault for not specifying, even though I was never asked. Her response and facial expression were unprofessional and sarcastic. I believe it is the staff’s responsibility to clarify an order rather than make assumptions, especially when different options are available. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward.
