The portion size for the chickens are very small and the people preparing the items are so stingy that they don’t use sauce at all. Just fried chicken and the essence of the taste😂. The area manager should take a look at this outlet’s food quality. I had the same issues multiple times and I don’t find this issue in their other outlets.

went there to grab dinner but it turned out to be a bad experience. was told that the nets portal/machine broke and they only accept cash. but that's fine. wanted to proceed with my order, waited for a few mins before i was acknowledged!! there was no customer there ok. oh the manager was sitting on his desk, drinking his coke and his crews saw me but ignored. after a few mins i get to order my food but the server/cashier was unhygienic?! i took up hygiene course so i know that u r not supposed to serve customer or even give balance money with dirty oily gloves. and he did just that! what kind of service is this? i waited long for my food to be ready ONLY for me to throw it away because when i reached home and wanted to eat it, the chicken wasn't even cook properly!!!! disgusting! horrible service. horrible staff, horrible manager. (if i could, i would give 0 rating!) why did they change dominos to 4fingers? ugh.

This fast food restaurant is small, only few tables and chairs but usually there are not much people dine in. Friendly staff and quiet environment.

Ordered as attached photo. Stated on receipt x1 6 Pcs Wingettes & Drumettes Combo & x1 chicken chop rice box. However, only received drumettes combo set and chicken chop combo set with fries, NO RICE. Evidence taken. Returned to the stall and asked for rice as the staff judging I didn’t bring the exact boxes I received just now. Judging that I no evidence showed, photo showed to him but he sounds not happy with my feedback. 🙂

First time purchase food from Northpoint Drive #B2-125with invoice No: 300026 to my experience the counter Indian guy name Arriven was so impolite and rude to explain to me regarding the food I purchase after payment ias I not sure that the 4 PCs chicken is without drink and the way he shown to customer is a black face and not willing to explain further , such a counter service to me even that day afternoon there is no long que and no customer around he just sit there and wait for customer to approve him,I will not going back to this outlet again cause his service act like a no education guy.

Service was good and staff was friendly. However, food was really not great - the fries are not evenly seasoned and some parts of the fish was so thin & mostly batter. The batter was hard too, and the fish itself is hard to dry. Nacho cheesy maki was good though.

i has ordered 4F yesterday around 9.40pm , as previous experience, there was an item i ordered they should be forgotten to put in , so yesterday night when i order and pickup that time , i has roughly checking, didt see it so clear, then just take away, at the end found they missed packing again, my chicken tender maki rolls 😅. Even the receipt was showing that better to checking the order item was correct or not but really no time to checking when people is in hungry mood, hope they can checking proper before packing next ttime.
