The Mac and cheese looked kind of ugly but the taste was great. The mashed potatoes and the biscuits were also delicious. My few criticisms of it was that the chicken in the chicken sandwich was kind of soggy and not that crispy. I was also not able to get a straw for my drink. This would’ve been 4 stars but a pigeon wandered in to the restaurant somehow.

So here my honest review. I bought a take away Popeye's Chicken 🍗 set. My expectation for the mashed potatoes 🥔 will taste like other outlet but I was wrong. Mashed potatoes tasted a little bit not too nice. The chicken was so so.. 💯% Muis Halal Certified.... Located at above Orchard MRT ION Orchard..

I dine in this Orchard Exchange outlet on 14 Nov ‘22 at 115pm ordered Cajun fish as you can the picture too much flour very saltish and and too much ice for a cup of drinks and didn’t give fork 🍴 how to eat the fish? Given without receipts 🧾 so no choice have to comment here, please improve your quality here as it’s Town area standard you can’t afford to have low quality for it.

First chance for us to try Popeyes, something my son has obsessed about since he discovered that the chain is in Canada where we will visit his grandparents soon (Popeyes is not in Germany). Compared to KFC the chicken is not as greasy, has a nice spicy heat to it, the cheese fries were good, and the chicken tenders were very good. The location is inside the entrance to a busy MRT line, so easy to get to. Seems to be popular with shoppers and local business workers

Ordered delivery and the food tasted rotten. Chicken was very salty and semi transparent, either frozen or spoilt or both. Coleslaw was mushy and inedible, biscuits were too hard to be eaten and likely from previous day and not fresh.

It's one of my favourite fast food fried chicken for a quick bite. The fried chicken is always served hot. Mashed potatoes sauce is good.

asked for one large one regular sjora but received 2 regular instead😡i paid extra for what unbelievable atrocious service, you should double check your order way before serving them. i am also working in the service line and i always make sure my customers get their right order. this is unacceptable

Chicken was juicy and freshly cooked. Right next to sinks for you to wash your hands so you can eat without worrying. Cosy tucked away place.

We had a great day celebrating my son's birthday here. Ms. Jennifer was very helpful in making sure we had all we needed. Food wise, the chickens at Popeyes are always fresh! 👌 This made the difference in taste and juiciness of the meat. I have been a frequent customer, and I will return again. 🤗

Horrible service . Waited 17 minutes for my order only to received wrong order. Ordered 2 pieces chicken with RICE but INSTEAD THE FILIPINO OLD LADY GAVE ME MASHED POTATO. Went home and just realised. Won’t patronise no more!

I remember a time when Popeye's was my go-to fried chicken, many years ago. Back then, the chicken was always fresh, crispy and flavourful, the mashed potatoes were full of delicious chunks of additional ingredients, and the biscuit was rich and buttery. How I miss those days. These days, you'd be better off going to Arnold's, or even KFC. This is to say nothing of the fact that the food took 48 MINUTES to be ready. Unacceptable for a proper restaurant, let alone a fast food joint!

I ordered 2pcs chicken combo and 3pcs tenders combo. Taste as good as jollibee Singapore however jollibee Philippines still taste the best.

Crispy, good seasoning and pretty moist for the chickens. Other than that the meat was a little bland. Still better than KFC nowadays. Biscuit was on the saltier side which was good and the fries were crispy as well. Not very cheap but overall it was alright.

Cold and drafty and oily. Good as a get away from the Orchard crowds only. Definitely do not like the Chicken Sandwich, the batter is weirdly crunchy like biscuit. I like the Cajun fries, much nicer than mcd
