Went on the recent PH during dinner time. Make no mistake, my 5 stars go solely to the singular gentleman running the entire store. He was super efficient despite being flooded with GF/FP orders and dine ins/takeaways, and he still maintained a friendly disposition and was engaging with customers. It’s disheartening to see from past reviews that he has been running this entire store ALONE for months on end? I sincerely hope more has been done to reward him aside from just “passing along our kind words”. It does not seem like a sound business model to only have 1 staff managing the entire store, juggling food preparation, cleaning tables, washing dishes and taking orders. You shouldn’t be “rewarding” your hardworking staff by giving him more responsibilities (working the store alone). Just because he can manage, doesn’t mean he should have to do it because of the company’s failure to provide more manpower. I find the previous reason provided for the manpower challenges on weekends being: “many prefer work-life balance and are less inclined to work” to be shallow and superficial. Explain then why the McDonalds next door never seems to be in short supply of workers even on weekends. Doesn’t seem like your staff are treated as what your business philosophy suggests. 5 stars for him. 1 star for management.

I have always enjoyed a good dinner with my friend in this outlet. This outlet is manned by 1 malay guy but he is very fast to prepare the food. I also observed that he is very diligent and takes great pride in keeping the outlet clean.
