came in at 9.15pm, saw that they had already switched off the kiosk. asked the staff if they were still open, but they said no as "all the rice finish already". who said i wanted rice, tho? what if i wanted noodles? google said that their last order is 9.30pm but they were obviously preparing to close way before 9.30pm. i understand that maybe it was a slow day and the staff cant wait to clock out but im pretty sure even if shop closes at 10pm, they are paid to work until at least 10.30pm or 11pm. i've worked at an f&b shop in the same mall so i know. instead of putting all their energy into closing before their operating hours, they should put the same energy into serving customers until the last order because without customers, the shop wont earn money and they wont get paid :)

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I ordered 3 items, but only 1 item was delivered. To make things worse, one of the dishes was completely missing. I’ve ordered from this outlet 10 times, and unfortunately, 5 of those orders had issues — either items were missing or the food arrived in poor condition. This is not a one-time mistake but a repeated problem.

Ordered regular Gyudon and it came with miso soup and a drink. I had selected Sprite. Rice & beef was great. Tasted similar to the other restaurant that sold halal Gyudon. The miso soup, however, was terrible. Cannot drink it on its own. Had to mix with the Gyudon. Even then, only had a few spoon of the soup.

Chicken karage was soft, pale, very mild warm and soggy. I wonder did i order nuggets or karage. I didnt see the spoon on the tray when i collect the food, so i ask the staff inside the kitchen if i may have a spoon, she raise her voice and say "didnt i give it to you!"? No need to raise your voice right? I am not deaf. And of course i didnt see the spoon, else i ask for what? Atmosphere? Pathetically cold, compare to the visual of rice kitchen opposite, which seems more warm and welcoming.

Comfort ramen at Yoshinoya! 🍜🍗 Headed to Yoshinoya at Compass One for dinner and went for their ramen option tonight! What I ordered: 🍜 Shoyu Negitama Ramen 🍗 Chicken Karaage 🐟 Additional piece of Fried Salmon The soup: This is what stood out the most - light yet flavorful! It's gentle and savoury without being heavy or overly salty. The kind of broth that comforts without overwhelming your palate 💚 Sometimes you don't need an intense, rich ramen. This lighter shoyu base paired perfectly with the negitama (spring onions and egg) and hit all the right notes for a satisfying weeknight dinner. The chicken karaage and fried salmon added nice protein variety to the meal - crispy, golden, and delicious additions! When you want reliable, comforting Japanese food without the fuss, Yoshinoya always delivers 🙌 📍 Yoshinoya Compass One, Sengkang #Yoshinoya #ShoyuRamen #Ramen #ChickenKaraage #CompassOne #Sengkang #SGFood #JapaneseFood #RamenLovers #SingaporeFood #SGFoodie #Karaage #FriedSalmon #ComfortFood #JapaneseCuisine #ラーメン #mealsphotos @yoshinoyasg
