I recently visited this restaurant for dinner and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and well-maintained. I honestly didn’t expect to have such a great experience at a chain restaurant. A special shout-out to Chee Poh for his warm and exceptional service. His attentiveness and friendly attitude really stood out and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Yoshinoya Bishan today, and I would especially like to commend Chee Poh for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Chee Poh greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. He was attentive, friendly, and very patient throughout our meal. He took the time to answer our questions, ensured our orders were correct, and regularly checked that everything was satisfactory without being intrusive. What impressed me most was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. It is not often that you come across someone who is so dedicated, professional, and genuinely cares about customers having a pleasant dining experience. The food was delicious as always, but Chee Poh’s exceptional service made the visit even more enjoyable. His friendliness and professionalism truly reflect well on Yoshinoya. Staff like him deserve recognition for their hard work and commitment. Thank you, Chee Poh, for making our visit such a pleasant one. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Yoshinoya Bishan to anyone looking for good food and excellent customer service!
