Our 1st time eating at XW and won't be the last.. what we like about it is that the price are reasonable and affordable for BIG family. Good and simple spread of buffet..

Very value for money. Just get a main (avg $20) and you can get access to the all-you-can-eat salad bar! The food at the salad bar is also very nice - especially love the onion rings, sweet potato fries, mash potatoes, and spinach. Would be a bonus if have desserts like ice cream 🍦 😊

Visited this place for a weekday lunch. They offered free salad bar with order of main course. The food is nice considering the price and the salad bar offered varieties of cold and hot foods. This is definitely a place to enjoy without breaking a big hole on your wallet.

First time coming here, staff was really friendly and helpful, food were delicious, definitely a really good first impression. Everything on the menu looks delicious, can’t wait to visit again to try the other food,highly recommended.

First visit for my husband and I. We love the "all you can eat" salad bar! It really complements the main dishes. Frequency of topping up the salad bar is very fast too. We hope to see different cuts of steak with variety of sauces in future! Overall great dining experience! Keep it up XW Western Grill! 👍🏼

Quite spacious and relaxing dining area! Ordered their grilled chicken and it was nicely charred, smoky and tender! And of cos happy with the free flow salad bar and special mention goes to the truffle-ish somen which was not too bad to try! Staffs were nice too to check in! 😊

We went to Jewel for dinner but too crowded so “detoured” to Terminal 2 & were happy to have chanced upon this place 😋 They offered free flow of salad if you order any main course & the main course dishes are affordable & big in portion! Kitchen staff are fast and efficient as food were served quickly without long wait even though the restaurant was crowded. Children were happy as they get free flow of onion rings, fruits & other finger food at the salad bar :-) 6 of us spent about $150 & left with real full stomach😋 Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic, went there for my birthday celebration. The mashed potatoes from the all you can eat salad bar & mushroom soup is delicious. Service was pretty fast but maybe ask for more sauce if you prefer to have more sauce for your meats ☺️ Highly recommended for families & please make reservations for large groups so you don't have to wait long as nearing lunch there's a queue to get seated. My family and I sat at a table for 6 closer to the cashier and it is very conducive as it is separated from the main area.

We got a table that is separated from the others which is very convenient. Salad bar which is free flow was amazing especially the mash potatoes. Hopefully that does not become a paid sides in the future. Mains was good too and have good taste but the sauce is a bit little. Plus service was fast.

Love the atmosphere here as I sit at the table that can see the whole Changi T2 from Level 2. We ordered Chargrilled Chicken & fries with Mushroom Sauce and Fried Fish & Fries with Tartar Sauce.The main dishes are delicious which above average. The Salad Bar got many different types of vegetables, fries & onions ring, cooked foods and fruits. Love their sweet potatoes fries, smashed potatoes, spinach and watermelon! The price is reasonable!Recommended if you visit T2 Changi Airport!😊

Came with my family. We ordered pasta, fish & chips and fried chicken for me. Overall the food tasted alright, the chicken wasn’t very tasty but manageable and the fish and chips was moderate too. Thought the salad bar was able to compensate for the main course however 1) the greens are greatly overcook that it turns yellow. It yellowish spinach leftover for i have no idea how long. 2) cold and hard rubbery onion rings, which was really disappointing. 3) mushrooms which I believe they don’t take the effort to drain the water and just served everything as it is hence there’s this heavily strong cooked mushroom juices that comes with it. Usually I take photos of my food, but that day everything was a little bit turned off.

The foods are delicious especially the chargrilled foods. You can really taste the "burn" taste on the meat and prawn. Portion wise was just nice as any main course will get free salad bar. Love the mashed potato. So smooth! Overall satisfied

1st time here. Ordered the char grill black pepper chicken. Chicken was tender n had the charred fragrance. The free flow salad bar has a vast variety of food for selection. Added $5.50 for mushroom soup n iced lemon tea. Overall a good dining experience. Not to mention the staff here were friendly too.

Super long queue on a Sunday afternoon but service crew is excellent and always serve with a smile! Food is good and reasonably priced. Love the salad bar! Personally love the sweet potato fries, onion rings👍Surprising find are the rojak and goma sauce which compliment well with the food stuff. The pineapple pudding is delicious, not too sweet. My third time here, will return for sure!

1) Food is ok generally. Can eat. Salad bar : A couple of times, the fried tofu is fried till too hard. And today's have 2 stack stuck together. 2) Service is overall good most of the time. We have been regular customers at this outlet. Most of the time, service was exceptional. Proactive staff asked if we want refill of hot water. Or we want fruits from the salad bar. But sometimes we had to wait abit long to get attention for refill, so today I went to the drinks bar and was told to self-service. (Its ok as I had wanted to get the refill first before i go for my 2nd and 3rd rounds of salad bar) 😂 Thanks for the great service still! ☺️☺️ Attached : Salad Bar photos and the 2 main dishes we ordered today (Black pepper Grilled Fish and Spicy Carbonara Spaghetti)

This is the 2nd time that I have patronised this outlet. It has maintained a very good standard of customer service & food quality. The free flow salad bar which come complimentary when you order a mains has continued to be of a high standard. It is continuously maintained and the various choices of food available is never emptied and always topped up before it is finished. Service standards for this f & b outlet is one of the best at Terminal 2. Keep up the good work.

Food tastes great and super worth it! Great portions. Quite spoilt for choices with the salad bar (free with your main course ordered - even if you just get the salad bar alone for 12.90, still worth it buffet style) consistently being filled up. Had the butter clam baked rice, big amount of clams! Love that I could pair the creamed spinach from the salad bar well with it. Also had the mix grill chicken and fish. Chicken was great and fish tasted good with the lemon butter sauce - it is abit on the blander side if eaten without the sauce (on the healthier side which is also great), but pairs well with the salad bar too. Overall, good price, great taste and value for money!

Honestly wouldnt pay this much for the food due to its standards.... The salad bar wasn't too bad though, so if you are looking for quantity > quality, its a good place to go. Had the burger and what saved it was the black pepper sauce. Would not order again. Also, I've tasted better fish & chips at a cheaper price. On a good note, just wanna say that the service was really good & staff were really accommodating & friendly! :)

One of the better western food options we have tried. The portion was decent for the main course. Make sure you take the set mean (main course) so you can enjoy the free Salad bar. It is one of the best. Much better than Fish & Co. we had lunch recently. Staff are attentive and polite. Chicken chop was flame grilled and had the slight charred taste which added flavor and a real bbq texture and tenderness to the meat. Dory fish was also good. Soup of the day (mushroom) was good too. Overall, worth the money and trip to try out the food. No regrets folks. Good option for families with kids too. Cheers.

Came to Changi airport for lunch with my 8yo boy, chanced upon this place in terminal 2. We sat down and the waiter kindly informed us to order 1 main and 1 starter (cos of my son's age) to enjoy the salad bar. We did and it was a piece of great advice. The salad bar was pretty sufficient, not world beaters but good for the items that I liked. The sauteed mushrooms were good, the spinach was my favorite, the paste a tad spicy but flavourful. As for the mains, I ordered a grilled chicken, which could have done with a bit more char. My son ordered a truffle Mac and cheese which he enjoyed v much. Overall a great meal and we both left happy with full stomachs.

The all you can eat hot cold salad bar comes with your main course. For 3 of us, we ordered a fish and chips and 2 salads as main courses. We shared the fish, which was very nicely done. The service was great, constantly refilling our glasses of hot water and the manager even provided us with toothpicks.

Told the staff that I would like to break my fast here. The staff even told me the ideal time to order while letting me sit inside first. Food was serve quite fast. The food was great too. Once you ordered the main course of your meal, the salad or sides will be free flow! But don’t take too much if you can’t finish it! 👍👍

The mains were delivered quite fast and the all-you-can-eat salad bar was replenished frequently. I was here with my wife and 2 year old. The staff were very attentive and helpful from start to finish. Super kid friendly. They even had kids cutlery and a free colouring book to entertain my kid while we enjoy our dinner. It's not our first time here and it will surely not be our last. WE'LL BE BACK! HAH! Much love to all your staff for the wonderful dining experience, everything.

Valeria is very good n attentive. Always made sure that our table has enough water. When we requested for wet tissue and the restaurant did not provide, she immediately wet the dry tissues and pass to us. Very friendly n service oriented staff. We had salmon, sirloin steak, and mac and cheese. M&C were pleasant, and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. Salmon was also good. However, the sirloin steak had a chewy texture. Overall, the salad bar was also decent.

Every main meal comes with a free all-you-can-eat mini salad buffet. Considering the main meals average less than $20 (before GST and Service Charge), it was quite good value for money. The food was okay, with nothing outstanding but also nothing bad. The buffet was limited but adequate, and the onion rings seemed to be the most popular item. The service was great, food was served fast, and the restaurant was neat and clean. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and considering it is in the airport, the prices were very reasonable.

Pretty much the most goated place ever... 1. Reasonable pricing 2. Great taste 3. FREE FLOW SIDES (absolute banger) Came on a Monday at 7pm, no queue, great service & atmosphere. Ordered the new menu item - Truffle Chicken Chop. Tasted great. Value for money here is absolutely unchallenged. 11/10
