Overall everything was nice. Restaurant werent full at all, we didnt have to wait. We ordered Sirloin steak and Ribeye, medium well. Ribeye was to my perfection but the Sirloin was abit chewy. The lady staff with short hair I never took her name, she served us perfectly. Very welcoming and kind. Thank you for your service btw. The place definitely worth your money, I love the music they played the entire time and the free flow of salad and sides are great!

The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Needed 2 baby chairs and they prepared a table for us immediately. Staff were also friendly towards my kids and gave them a set of kids friendly Utensils. A very nice place for all occasions with friends and family.

We come here regularly, once a month or every other month..... Nice place to unwind, to R&R, nice and friendly staff, best of all all-u - can-eat salad bar, with all the comfort food we need. Mostly my son likes their pastas and will even order double portion. We enjoy zoning out and stuffing our bellies, nice place to chill....

decent food for decent prices. Some staff was very attentive and helpful, while the male staff don't seem to be. Could see 1 of them just "throw" the watermelon in without "caring" there's customers standing beside. Even thou is Free flow of salad bar but not as much variety as others restaurants that offer more... Will not visit again ...

XW Western Grill - Changi Airport T2 located at the 60 Airport Blvd, #03-23, Changi Airport Terminal 2 Viewing Mall South, 819643 Previously, visited the outlet Raffle City outlet and service was awesome and that why today, we decided to visit the outlet at Changi Airport T2. Food was delicious and nice and environment was nice and super nice music was playing. We super love the free flow salad bar buffer and as long, you order any set meal the salad bar will be free flow. Mushrooms soup was awesome but today the iced tea tasted a bit different like tasteless. Today steak are awesome and out of 7 pax, 6 of us havd steak as our main course. Overalls, everything is great and awesome.
