We had the truffle aburi and mentaiko chicken chop. I prefer the mentaiko to the truffle. The free salad bar that came with the main course is good. I love the cold angel hair with rojak sauce. Its a great combo but go easy on the rojak sauce as it can overpower. Enjoy!

The salad bar carries decent varieties and the food quality is rather good. The spinach, corn, tomato and fries are tasty. However, the leafy salads are not crisp while the boiled potato are rather hard. There are some other items like onion rings, spaghetti and cucumbers which I did not try. I would give this section a 4 star. However, the steak I ordered were not that impressive. My steak did not have good searing while it is slightly under cooked for a medium-rare. The mushroom sauce is decent. Overall, I did not fully enjoy my steak and could only give this a 3 star (which means food is edible but I probably will not order this again in future). Hence, overall food rating will be 3 stars. Service is basic. Waiter ask me if this is my first visit but it does not seem to lead anywhere as he did not explain about their items or make any recommendations, except telling me to order via the scanned QR code and I can proceed to the salad bar once a main dish is ordered. Atmosphere is fine and it is not too noisy when I visited. Do note that this is a halal establishment and there is no alcoholic drinks served.

🍽️ TGIF Dinner at XW Western Grill @ JEM with my friend! 😊 ❤️ What we enjoyed: 🍗 Signature Chicken Chop Set – juicy and delicious. 🍠 Free-flow sweet potato fries – my favorite! 🍝 Pasta 🥬 Spinach 🌽 Sweet corn 🍉 Fresh fruits ✨ The free-flow side bar offers a good variety, making the meal even more satisfying. 👍 Tasty food, good value, and a great place to catch up with friends. We really enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back! 😊

Place was conveniently located in a shopping mall. Good food, portion was just nice seeing that it came with free all you can eat salad bar. Restaurant doesn't chase people out or give time limit, so that's good! The only downside was the Jem outlet doesn't answer to the their landlines calls, wanted to ask if I need reservations as its Friday evening. Minus 1 star for that. Was able to walk in, but be mindful, they will sit you when all your party is present.
