Excellent and fast service. Main dish served was great. Extremely worth it as it comes with the free side dishes buffet. Although a few side dishes aren't that nice, like the mac and cheese being cold.

Portion is just right, not too much or too little Food is above average Salad bar range of good is good and quality is also fine Price is reasonable The add on or soup and drinks at $5.50 is also reasonable I guess the staffs were too busy because of the crowd so can’t be available when help is needed - it’s not a prob though They are polite

Food & drinks are served promptly except the main course as it need to be grilled but still, it was served fast. The sirloin was nicely grilled on the outside & medium rare abit tough or maybe I'm just I'm getting older 😄. Chicken is well cooked and not dry. The mushroom soup is delicious but for me its a little too salty. The spicy cabornara spaghetti is superbly delicious. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Cheers & Bravo for team of 3 the manage the whole floor.

The salad bar is very good with fresh vegetables and fruits.Ordered Smoke Burger and Chargrills chicken with Tom yam source. The chargrilled chicken with Tom yam source is very unique and good. Just the Smokey burger not smoky at all. The chicken is very plain. Like the salad bar the most!My favourite dishes in salad bar are spinach, fresh vegetables, fried Sweet potatoes and watermelon. Credits to all the service crew, they are friendly and helpful.

The place has good ambiance and the food is delish. I like the overflow in the salad bar too. But most importantly, I want to recommend Mary, the who served us, she's very hospitable and kind. More blessings to come! 😇😇😇

The portion of the main is rather small, and the fries are soggy. There is not much to comment on the main or the drink, pretty average. Their highlight is the salad bar buffet. Not only is salad and fruits available, they also have a range of finger foods from the onion ring, sweet potato fries to different type of pasta, Take note that the only allow 90 minutes to dine.

Generally the side dishes were okay, with quite a number of varieties and promptly refilled! I have tried the char grilled chicken with tom yum sauce $14.90 which includes the free flow of salad bar, which was definitely better than the brown/black pepper sauce ones and surprisingly has a good laksa vibe which was probably due to the large amount of lemongrass and ginger used.😂

The wide range of sides dish that comes with every set meal is super good! Fresh ingredients and tasty too! We order the chargrilled chicken Tom yam sauce and black pepper steak! Both we were good, their Tom yam sauce is not spicy and if you prefer to eat medium steak you would want to order well done instead :) Over all , recommended place and great service!

Free flow salad at an affordable price! Salad & fried fish quite nice at it's price point. Service is also great and I had an enjoyable time there. Highly recommended especially for the amazing free flow salad.

1st time trying because we seldom go to the West to shop n Dine. We were buying things at JEM and were looking for a place to get our Dinner. What attracted us was the "Eat All You Can Salad Bar" and it's MUIS Halal Certified, so we decided to try. The place is spacious and has a nice ambiance. There's also an extra service that I saw the staff do, they place a box on the floor so that the diners who were sitting in the couple table have a place to put their bags. How thoughtful is that? Kudos to the Management or the staff who actually thought of this. Anyways, the food is good and affordable and I would come back again and also I would recommend it to all.

My experience was a bit of a mixed bag. I had high hopes for the Black Pepper Sirloin steak, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. Despite ordering it medium rare, it turned out overcooked, almost to the point of being well done. To make matters worse, it was served lukewarm, which further detracted from the overall experience. On a more positive note, the Black Pepper Chicken was slightly better. However, it lived up to its name and was quite peppery, which might be different from everyone's taste. I didn't mind the spice, but it could be toned down a notch. One of the highlights of my meal was the salad bar. They offered a variety of delicious items like sautéed mushrooms, plump tomatoes, and spicy broccoli. I particularly enjoyed the freshness and flavour of these selections. Additionally, the watermelon was a delightful surprise, being sweet and refreshing. The service at XW Western Grill was relatively fast, which is always a plus. However, a significant downside was that most of the dishes, including the steak and chicken, arrived cold. This was disappointing and impacted the overall dining experience negatively.

First time trying this restaurant. Love the free flow salad bar which has great variety and taste great. Main meals are good too. Atmosphere is average cos too tight a space between tables. Overall, would definitely recommend and come back again.

Nice salad bar with varieties of food - pasta, veggie, smashed potatoes, tofu, onion ring, fruit, etc! Fresh and taste so goooood!! Also the sirloin steak deserves the price! So juicy and tender! Deserve second visit!

They always put the customer’s safety. Making it sure to delivery the best service they could offer. Been here for couple of times. And also did some recommendation with my colleagues, cousins and friends. The food is fantastic!!

We dined at this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday. The venue wasn't overly crowded, and the staff promptly seated us when we arrived. Our seating was comfortable, and they provided a spacious box for our bags. We ordered Chargrilled chicken—one with mushroom sauce and the other with black pepper. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious, though the fries were a bit too salty. The All-You-Can-Eat salad bar is fantastic, offering great value for money. It features a diverse selection, including mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, vegetables, and fruits—all served warm with non-soggy fries. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, enhancing our overall experience. Highly recommended.

Nice and cosy place to chill but they have 90mins time limit. Main courses are allowed free flow of salad bar which have a range of sides like mash potatoes, buttered corn kernel, grilled broccoli pasta , salsa, fruits and more. I ordered a medium rare black pepper steak with grilled chicken. Quite a big portion for me. The grilled chicken is moist and juicy but my steak a lil overcook for medium rare and its tough and chewy. The salad bar are great tasting to my delight. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Overall, an enjoyable and satisfying meal.

Honey mustard chicken cutlet ($20 after gst service charge), the chicken itself is fried well, sauce complements no problem. The price also comes with their free flow sides buffet (no drinks and ice cream though). Their sides was quite a letdown, fried items like the sweet potato fries and onion rings are mushy. I also believe they forgot to attend to the broccolis left in the air fryer. It’s borderline burnt and inedible. Some sides that don’t require much effort like the salad and corn is alright though, no surprises there. In sum, I don’t think the quality justifies the price I paid for it.

I decided to visit this shop reading the reviews during Valentine day with my wife and son. Kind of overhyped to me, the dish was somewhat disappointing. The main reason was because of their salad bar. We ordered and try their Beef, Chicken and Fish. Beef was too hard (overcooked), Chicken taste blend, and fry fish was thin. The gravy for the for the beef was good. For the Salad bar, other than Spinish and mesh Potatoes, the rest of the items was not that great as it was cold, especially the fry sweet potatoes and onion rings. Portions was good and likewise for the price. Total damage was about $65. Recommend coming to eat when you are hungry.

First time visit at this restaurant. A very interesting concept with Free-Flow Salad Bar. It is indeed amazing. Maim courses are great too! Well balanced flavours. It would be better if the good is slightly hotter. Hmm, I do feel that the background accompanying music is ridiculously too loud. We can too raise our voice within the same table. Hope this can be looked into. Overall service is good. Plain water is charged here btw. Oh well, 😅. Overall satisfaction is 4.2/5.0 stars. Highly recommended.

First time step in to this restaurant. Comparing to many others restaurants, their price is good. Steak start from $21, Chicken from 15.. I have ordered a black pepper chicken steak, the serving is surprising super fast less than 4 mins my meal is served. The chicken is still warm-hot but the french fries is cold. Lucky the chicken meat is still soft and juicy, it doesn't over cooked. As this restaurant also offer salad bar for All-you-can-eat. They provided a wide choice that include rice, vegetables, mushrooms, fruits...etc. I like their fried mushrooms and some side dishes. It is a good ideas to allow customers choice to select what they want for their side dishes. I will coming back again to try out their steak to confirm their standard. Is recommend to try out.

The free-flow salad bar offers excellent value for money, although the main course leans towards a fast-food style and taste… I'd recommend including the food codes during online ordering to avoid mistakes…. to avoid question from the staff “you guys did double confirm right when y’all ordered” when you made a mistake

The spicy aglio oglio was well seasoned and flavourful, one of the best pastas that I have ever tried. There’s also a salad bar that offered a variety of options. Loved the sweet potato fries, spinach, broccoli and the watermelons. The tofu was a bit of a let down though. Service was great too, the waitress was helpful and reassured us every time when we were waiting for our table. Will definitely return next time.

Great food and great ambience, there is nothing lacking in it. Love the eat-all-you-salad bar and it is all delicious! Staff is attentive and serve food fast.
