Almost everything here was incredible! We visited around 1 AM on a weekend, and chanced upon it. My absolute favorite was the mala noodles as it was perfectly al dente. Try pairing it with the spicy wantons, which were deeply flavourful, bold, and right up my alley. The crispy chicken was fantastic as well, and the cold side dishes were delicious (honestly wished there were more because I heard that they only prepared sufficient portions since morning). The only minor miss was the brisket, which was on the tougher side and something I’d probably skip next time. Still, a solid spot that I’d definitely return to!

Good Food, Great Value at Changi T2 It was my first time dining at Taiwan Culture inside Changi Airport Terminal 2, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Finding authentic, Halal-certified Taiwanese cuisine can be a challenge, so this spot is a fantastic addition to the airport's dining options. Overall, the food is not bad at all. Everything we ordered arrived in quite big portions, making it very satisfying and value for money. The taste is decent and standard for classic comfort food, hitting all the right notes if you are craving Taiwanese flavors. Given the airport location, the price is highly reasonable for the generous amount of food you get. The service is perfectly fine—prompt, efficient, and hassle-free. What really stood out, though, is the ambiance. The restaurant has a lovely, cozy setup inspired by Taiwan’s railway heritage, offering a comfortable and relaxed environment to enjoy your meal. Whether you are traveling or just visiting Changi, it is a solid, welcoming spot that delivers a good experience without breaking the bank. I’d definitely come back again.

We ordered seafood and oyster porridge, yu tiao pancake and spam pancake. That's a lot for breakfast!😄 If you follow their instagram you can get free cold side dish. The place is good and comfy. And the food can comfort our stomach in the early morning.

Drive from west side of Singapore to east side here to try this Taiwan culture food... Let review the dishes one by one.. Collagen Sesame chicken noodle soup (I can't remember the full name) : awesome. 5/5 I love how the soup taste...can taste and smell the sesame, chicken broth and hint of ginger. Worth the comfort food. Dry mala chicken noodle (or so the name I think) : simple and great. Another comfortable food to eat..not spicy at all, despite the mala name on it. 4/5 Chicken Xiao long BAO: 3/5 not bad..can be better..the soup inside wasn't much but minced chicken was super soft... Mala beef long BAO (I think the name): I guess red skin mean mala but it not spicy at all and the beef taste without putting the vinegar is not so good..sorry to say..chicken is better. 2/5 (maybe I'm not much of beef lover) Pepper and salt fries: where the salt????????? 1/5 Overall...noodle is the best!

Overall, i think not that bad. Love their Scallion Pancake, crispy and slightly oily but it’s normal for this dish. Their Dry Mala La Mian and Steamed Dumplings in spicy chilli oil are abit too salty and savoury for my preference. Their deep fried prawn paste beancurd skin is good! Sweet Potato Ball is okay only, i prefer it to be more chewy but their’s tasted more dough. I would come back to try their beef noodles if i’m in this area but i won’t specially come down for their food. If you happen to visit this place, it’s a self-service/free seating restaurant. This is based on my dining experience.
