⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Delicious Ribs! A big congratulations and heartfelt appreciation to the wonderful Swensen’s team, especially Chef Jerry, Isaac, Monika, Kaw Chi, and Albert Fu, for doing such an amazing job! The lovely, succulent ribs were absolutely delicious — beautifully prepared, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It was truly impressive to see how the team handled the crowd so efficiently. Despite the long queue, within just 30 minutes the queue had cleared, and everyone was able to enjoy their wonderful meal. The ribs were definitely worth the wait, and the entire experience was made even better by the team’s hard work, dedication, and great service. Well done, Swensen’s chefs and team! 👏👏 Thank you for serving such a delicious and satisfying meal. Keep up the fantastic work — you have certainly made our dining experience a memorable one! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brought my kids here mainly for the free-flow ice cream. I’m not a heavy eater myself, but Chef Jerry was really warm and friendly and got me to try the ribeye steak, which is available on weekends. Glad I did because the steak was really good! Cooked just right, and I especially enjoyed the sauce and mashed potatoes that came with it. Overall, a lovely experience. Kids enjoyed their ice cream and I unexpectedly ended up enjoying a good steak too!

Went to Swensen's for a team dinner and didn’t realise this outlet runs a buffet concept, so it was quite a pleasant surprise. The spread was actually quite decent for the price point. There was a good mix of hot food, local dishes, and seafood. From the photos, you can see they had prawns, clams, mussels laid out on ice, which were fresh enough and easy to just grab and go. Not the biggest seafood selection, but still satisfying if you’re craving something light and chilled. They also had a live station where staff were cooking dishes on the spot. Saw pasta being freshly prepared, which was nice to have instead of just pre-cooked buffet trays. There were also grilled items like beef and chicken, plus satay skewers that were quite popular with our table. One thing I liked was the “local delights” section. They had items like laksa and beef kway teow, which added some familiar Singapore flavours to the buffet. It makes the whole experience feel more well-rounded instead of just Western buffet food. Service was generally good. Staff were quick to clear plates and the place was quite clean despite being busy. The restaurant itself is also quite spacious, so it worked well for a team lunch setting without feeling too cramped. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid casual buffet option at the airport. Not super premium, but decent variety and quite enjoyable if you come with friends or colleagues. Good for gatherings where everyone can just eat at their own pace and try a bit of everything

Food selection was great. You have a decent varieties from Western, Peranakan to Asian delights. There were live stations from laksa, pasta, mee goreng, fresh from oven pizza to grill food like roasted chicken, steak and satay. Last but not least, the classic gelato selections from swensens with their freshly made side cripsy waffle. Staff service was also very friendly and attentive. Clearing of plates were very often and fast. Overall very value for money meal.

We were looking for a place to eat since we didn’t have breakfast, and surprisingly, we stumbled upon a hidden gem—Swensen’s Unlimited! We didn’t have a reservation, but lucky for us, we were warmly welcomed by a Filipina server named Moriel. She immediately greeted us with a smile, accommodated us despite not having a booking, and clearly explained the pricing and dining time. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel like special guests ❤️🙏 We also met the manager, Jim, who greeted us warmly. We even had a short conversation as fellow kababayans—he was very polite and professional. The food was 5 stars ⭐️—clean, fresh, and a great mix of international dishes that I really enjoyed. Everything was continuously refilled, and the staff consistently kept our table clean. Moriel also checked on us from time to time, which we truly appreciated. All the staff were amazing and hardworking 👍 I will definitely come back and bring my family ❤️ The price is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended! 👍
