Great to meet Mr. Azrul — such a friendly manager, together with his wonderful staff! 😊 He introduced us to “Peri Laka Laka”, a new menu from Nando’s Singapore. It tastes really good, with an amazing BBQ aroma and a flavour that suits the Asian palate very well! 🔥🍗 Looking forward to the official launch of this new menu! 🥳 Well done, Mr. Azrul and the Nando’s team! 👏👏

We waited about 30 minutes for our food after placing our order at Nando’s Jurong Point. When the food finally arrived, there were no forks or cutlery, so we couldn’t start eating. We asked one of the staff if they could provide us with forks, and we were told that the cutlery was still being washed. We then had to wait for another 8 minutes at our table before we were finally able to start our meal.

Ordered one of the platters to share, but the portion turned out much smaller than what was shown in the menu photo. That said, the chicken was very tender, and the loaded fries came with a generous amount of cheese sauce.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. The team was genuinely attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Special shout-out to Alyssa — she went the extra mile for us throughout our lunch! She was incredibly attentive, checking in at just the right moments, offering helpful suggestions with a big smile, and even making sure we had everything we needed before we even thought to ask. Her warmth and professionalism turned a simple meal into something truly memorable. It's rare to feel that level of care these days, and Alyssa absolutely nailed it. The food, as always, was delicious — hot, flavorful peri-peri chicken with perfectly seasoned sides. But it was the service that elevated everything. Thank you, Alyssa and the whole team! We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this outlet if you want great food paired with heartfelt hospitality. ❤️

Came on a friday lunch, many seats available. Friendly staff with big smile on her face welcome me. Feel very cosy and nice. Order via scanning QR code, everything is a breeze. Order came fast and hot. Love the grill chicken. Delicious 😋 Can choose whatever sauce they have. Price is on the high side. No service tax. GST is included.
