So proudly Singaporean and the sweetness level just nice. I bought the bear cake that came together with nice plastic cutlery and paper plates. Such a sweet gesture in today's world where the emphasis is on cutting corners. It's good to know that the human spirit is still alive in some businesses. I'll definitely patronize this place more. Hoping they can bring in some vegetarian options too for the bread and have different animals for the small cakes. My family loved it.

Went there to buy bread and was informed by the staff that it was fully sold out. I was told to wait for 30mins for the next batch, which I did. However, when I returned, I was asked to wait for another 20mins again. If you are unable to produce the bread, you should be honest and upfront about it instead of wasting your customers’ time. Additionally, the staff were quite rude. I had to specifically ask for a plastic bag, even though it is a standard practice to pack the bread for customers. This experience was disappointing. Swee Heng please do something to your staff otherwise who will buy from you next time???

First time trying this outlet, ordered two of their cream puffs. SPECIFICALLY told them 1 pistachio and 1 blueberry but they gave me 2 blueberry cream puffs instead 😭 The cream puffs are fine but I'm just sad that they got my order wrong haish. Furthermore one of the staff was actually quite rude to other staffs so 🤔, outlet was kinda small and difficult to maneuver but overall not an extremely terrible experience

Newly opened in Heartland Mall just 3 mins from Kovan MRT. There’s quite a crowd over the past few days probably due to the new stall hype. Variety is decent and i guess it’s the best they can offer with not really a big amount of retail space too. Tried the chicken ham sandwich - not too bad at all. Prices are reasonable.
