The bakery items here are excellent, everything tastes great, and the prices are highly affordable. However, the customer service is a massive letdown. The staff member who served me was incredibly rude with an unbothered, sour attitude. She spoke with absolutely no manners and looked highly annoyed when I asked a simple question about the payment method. Her body language when taking the tray made it seem like doing her job was a chore. If you hate working in retail, you should just stay home. Terrible attitude.

Bread was stale… not the first time getting their bread and it has not improved since then. Prefer getting it from Swee heng directly

The taste of cake itself I can't comment much as I bought for others. Haven't try their bread and cakes but looked nice with all sorts variety. The cake cost $32.80 after gst. Staff is polite too.
