food is nice but the portion sizes are getting smaller considering the price im paying. 4 pieces of cucumber is INSANE. the salmon pieces are also so little… do better with your portion sizes.

This was my first time purchasing from the Heartland Mall outlet, and unfortunately it will be my last. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to what I’ve received at other outlets—there was barely any cabbage or lettuce. I’m not a big eater to begin with, but this portion was simply not enough. I hope you can review and improve your portion consistency, as this would make a big difference to customers considering returning.

Service is fast. But I need to feedback on the portion of the daily bowl I ordered. I noticed the portions have been getting lesser and lesser as the day goes. Today my husband bought the daily bowl chicken and it’s not even filled at least full. The food is still as tasty but portion can definitely be improved please.

not a huge fan of the self service ordering because the interaction between staff and customer is missing and often at times, it gives rise to opportunities where orders can be wrong/ followed incorrectly. i ordered a burrito and ordered for 2x portion - but saw the staff only adding 1 scoop to my burrito… whats the point of allowing customers to choose the quantity of the ingredients they want if you are not intending of following it? i understand that self service ordering is much faster but staff like this that do not consider customers will turn customers away from the brand. to add: they were not busy to the point where they may have missed out on that detail
