The worst CHICKEN PIE EVER! Buy 2 pieces started eating 1 n find there is no CHICKEN in it…only potato n onion slice. Return 1 back immediately ( tasted the 1st piece while standing outside this store! Complete ripped off! After this incident then check on past reviews was shock to see so many poor comments on food quality n wonder why they are still operating????

There is a foreign cashier with dyed hair who picked up the wrong cake themselves, and then spoke to me in an impatient tone, completely unfriendly and rude. She showed no basic sense of customer service or professionalism. If you’re so unwilling to do the job, why are you even working here? With employees like this, customers lose all desire to come back.

the 2 floss buns failed to meet my expectation. the non spicy floss tasted like a cheap version floss. the spicy one was a lil too spicy. texture of buns was abit dry.

I was craving some waffles the other day, and specifically came down to oasis to get some. Knowing that i was slightly late, i quickly hurried to queue and order at around 7.50pm as i was heading home from work. However, i was told by the staff that the waffle station closes at 8pm and that there was insufficient time to heat up the waffles even though the shop closes at 9pm (I assume the 1hr should be time given for clean-up) Nevertheless, i couldn’t help but be dissapointed that i couldn’t have my pistachio crunch waffles on 3/2/2026, 7.59pm Though there was nothing wrong with the shop, but it was ultimately a negative experience on my end and i hope to be able to try the pistachio crunchy waffles if i have the chance to.

On Wednesday 28/01/26 at around 12.45pm, I visited this Oasis Terrace outlet to buy some bread, while I was browsing through the bread section the female staff in the photo shouted "excuse me!!!" With a rude loud tone, after I was about to make payment I saw her throwing and slaming the bread metal pan at her workspace. If she's unhappy working there she might as well resign. Please look into this matter as I feel this is totally an unacceptable behaviour.
