Their vadais are indeed the best I’ve tasted so far. So glad they’ve grown their business and opened more outlets, and now finally in Jurong. Went to buy in late afternoon but the vadai wasn’t as warm as I wanted it to be but still tasted good.

Actually my first time trying a Vadai, and a famous one on top of that. This is pretty doughy to me, and slightly wet within - can’t say I’m a fan of it. It is definitely inching on the spicy side especially if you chew on the green chilli as you go 🥵 Probably will try the popcorn squid someday if I’m feeling it, but maybe not the vadai for me.

Yums! There was crazy long queue when they first opened. The queue has subsided so I got a chance to try it today. Got the vege vadai ($1) and prawn vadai ($1.20), they’re good. It’ll be even better when piping hot. The spices are not too strong either, my daughter can take it. It is not too salty either. I like both flavours. My daughter prefers the prawn vadai.

I became a regular there as we really LIKE the taste of their vadai and chicken. Cheese vadai is really good. Popcorn squid also nice. Only 3 stars is because of the staff and their customer service. It is not about the waiting time but their customer service is really something and they made a lot of mistakes with your order too. Overall Taste : 4.5/5 Service : 3/5 *Make sure to check the items you ordered before you leave as they always messed up the items or sometime totally miss out an item. Since their food are not cheap, missing out 1 item can really feel it.*

When they first started, I must admit it is one of the best you can find in Singapore. The queue was long. But lately there’s no queue at at all, why? Well you don’t expect the queue when you are serving cold Vadai( not even warm) is horrible I thought maybe it was a one off incident but apparently not. Three visits still buying cold and soft vadai. The owner must really have QC la. Now pasar Malam stalls are selling hot and crispy vadai that you used to sell months ago

Been gg to the outlet since the 1st day it opened.. the vadai is consistent.. to enjoy your vadai it’s good to have it hot n crispy on the spot if possible… don’t forget to try their Teh Masala as well.. Awesome combo

Their batter are not very well mix. And most of the stuff have some bits where its super saltish especially the baby crabs. Didnt know saltish is a thing for indians Best to buy home as reheat in microwave at hightest watt for 1 to 1.30 mins. and use kitchan towel to soak up some oil. Yum...

Like what the other reviewers mentioned, my prawn vadai ($1.30) and veg vadai ($1.10) were not even warm. I also found them a bit too salty. That said, I quite enjoyed the texture and flavor, and can imagine them tasting great if hot.

Have been craving for this vadai for so long. Went to Joo Chiat outlet few months ago but not opened. And finally they open a branch in Boon Lay, right inside the Boon Lay MRT station. They officially opened on Nov 4 and of course I must drop by and get some vadai. Long time around 5.30-5.40pm on Saturday evening. It was so fresh and fluffy. Definitely worth queueing. The best snack for tea time. Prawn vadai, ikan bilis vadai and grago vadai are $1.20 each. The rest of the vadai are $1.00 like veggie, dhal, onion and chilli. Cheese vadai and chocholate vadai are $4.50. They also have chicken wing, chicken liver, gizzard, bishop nose, chicken skin, squid, baby crab and crispy giant squid.

Have you ever eaten Vadai in your life before ? This is not the original vadai. Yours is so oily and the flour is like jelly inside. We don't mind paying alot but the food should be nice. So oily and salty, no Indians will agree that this is vadai. You can scam other who haven't tasted vadai before.
