Was at the Golden Mile Food Court this morning ordering a box of 20 Vadai. The lady serving us has such bad attitude that destroy my day. She must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. She was giving every customer a hard time. Made a vow will never purchased from this store ever again if she is working there

Got a couple classic prawn vadai, but I think we went too early in the day - these were not freshly fried and were therefore a little lacking in texture and warmth, but the flavour was excellent. I will try visiting a busier location for the optimal experience.

I have been a patron of other branches, but unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. I bought 2 vadai (onion and veg) during the lunch peak, and both were cold and not fluffy at all. I had to warm them up in the microwave before they were even edible.

This outlet is not good. Vadais were cold and oily. 8 chillis for 10 vadais and few chillis were rotten. The staff fried all at the same time and pack up the kitchen waiting to go home. Beach road Vadai will re-fry the vadais if it’s cold.

It would have tasted better if it was freshly fried and served on the spot.
