Received many complimentary cakes as we celebrate birthday here. Service is great. By chance we are the only family at the 2nd level. Food is great. But the lemak cili padi need to improvised. Before it's nicer. Lemak cili padi should be spicy as per before. Best to provide pictures of the menu.

Celebrated my bday here today. Service was amazing, shoutout to the lovely ladies who attended to us throughout the night :) felt very welcomed and at ease. Food was yummy as always, my go-to has to be the salmon Ravioli. The sauce is fireeee. I don’t even have a pic of it because we consumed it so fast 😆 Ended the meal with a complimentary cake, the staff even wrote out “Happy Bday” on the plate, super touched 🥹 Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Malayan Council, Bussorah Street. The restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, making it a great choice for small family gatherings, birthday celebrations, catch-ups with friends, or even a special proposal. The ambience is warm, comfortable, and welcoming without feeling overly formal, so even if you're casually dressed, you'll still feel perfectly at ease. The food was excellent. The highlight for me was definitely the Wagyu Beef Burger — juicy, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. Every dish we tried was enjoyable and well-presented. One of the best parts is how convenient it is to make a reservation. You can easily book a table via WhatsApp, which makes the whole process quick, simple, and hassle-free. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Jennie, who catered to our needs throughout the visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her excellent service added a personal touch to the entire dining experience. A lovely gesture from the restaurant was the complimentary birthday cake provided for birthday celebrations, which made the occasion feel even more special. Overall, The Malayan Council at Bussorah Street offers delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Whether you're planning a small family gathering, celebrating a birthday, arranging a proposal, or simply enjoying a meal with loved ones, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Had a farewell lunch here with a group of 8 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff kindly treated us to complimentary starters and even surprised us with two slices of their popular ondeh ondeh cake, which was a lovely gesture. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, but the ondeh ondeh cake is an absolute must-try. The Lemak Chilli Padi Pasta was another standout dish, packed with flavour and highly recommended. A great spot for gathering with friends and colleagues. 😊

Greetings from Jakarta. Had a lunch here on Friday. Staff was friendly & explaining the menu choise in detail. Tried chicken, fish, lamb. All of the are very delicious. Well done chef. Will come back again soon.
