Google showed open but when I reached there it’s closed. This is the second time I encountered this, can the owner leave your contact number in Google so at least I can give a call before we go ?

Bought 1 box of 10 Kerias and it was gone in less than 10 minutes as my family and I ate them. Great tea time snacks.

Initially was grateful they took my order at 11am since they opened 11.30. Paid for my order i.e party box and asked to come back 11.30. Came at 3pm and the sales person said they gave away my orders since i didnt come to pick up. Disappointed much. Opening hours state 12 to 5pm how come 3pm already closing? Asked to take from Bussorah st outlet that is if they still have some keria there but why must i go all the way there just to get my keriasince i ordered from tampines?? Least they could do is to service recovery like deliver the party box to my place since i have gathering with family and thought to share the keria there. Disappointed much with service. Ks keria has been my go-to keria but service is just bad here is Tampines. Sad
