Nurul was kind and patient in explaining how the loyalty programme works and what goes into each dish available on the menu! Best service that deserves applaud and recognition from the company.

For the portion size, $8.20 is expensive and not really value for money. The chicken is average and rice not fragrant, only thing is they are hot which is given. They charge extra 10 cents to seperate the chilli. First and last time trying.

Never been more disappointed after waiting more than an hour. first time ordering ayam gepuk and it was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Considering it was $13+ on foodpanda, I expected it to be complete. But no fried cabbage, no Tempe, no kicap manis. Like seriously?? Pls don’t list it on the menu for delivery if expectations can’t be met. I’ve never had a bad experience from papa ayam until today. Update: Editing my review to give a more fair rating after papa ayam’s team reached out to me to apologize for the order. I really appreciate the prompt response and sincerity in doing better
