Staff friendly and welcoming. There was someone at the door telling us the deals. Donuts were $1 and soooo delicious! I had the truffle mushroom sandwich and it was sooo good. I am glad I decided to skip the coffee bean cold sandwiches to try something new ! The maple cream Americano was perfect 👌 definitely coming back

Nice food, nice drinks, nice ambience. Try the sandwiches which are really awesome. Very cozy, yet spacious. The staff looks tired, but they're very helpful and nice. The aircon is quite lackluster. There is only one tray return. Dustbin is quite low and small. Get full quite often. To throw the trash - it should be from the top, as it's quite difficult to throw from the side due to its height. Probably, that's why people kept throwing thrash in the bin for plates and trays even though there's a sign.

I had truffle mushroom chicken sandwich. Same price but the size has shrink very much. The taste is still very fantastic , crispy bread with flavourful filling and melting cheese. The ice Belgian chocolate mocha is good if you like chocolate milk. Overall I am happy with the food & drinks.

This one star is not for the JEM outlet staff — they were fantastic. Friendly, patient, and doing their best despite the situation. The atmosphere is great with lots of charging point. My issue is with the new menu change by Tim Hortons management. Americano has been removed from the set, and many regular customers have been asking why. Even the staff shared that they’ve received many feedback and informed their manager. I’ve personally emailed and reached out via Instagram but received no response at all. That silence is disappointing. Americano used to be a simple, affordable black coffee option. Now I can only top up $2 for a latte but asked staff to make Americano. The daily brew unfortunately doesn’t compare in taste. It’s frustrating when loyal customers provide feedback and hear nothing back. I hope management reconsiders this decision or at least communicates with customers transparently.

Sunday evening finally gave it a try Glazed donut not bad fluffy kind🍩 Montreal Latte also not bad as i like the cream on top☕️ But hot belgian chocolate was not nice, very mild taste. Not to my liking but maybe some people like it. Overall not bad as the place is spacious and price wise about the same as most cafe +-
